Claims (22)
- 外科切除器具に適合する形状の骨切除外科ブレードによって骨材料を切除するための携帯型外科切除器具であって、
前記切除器具を操作するために手で掴むことができる本体と、
前記本体に取り付けられ、前記骨切除外科ブレードに取り付けられるように構成されるブレード結合機構と、を具備し、
前記ブレード結合機構は、
第1のブレード接触面と当該第1のブレード接触面に隣接する第1の外周側壁部とを備える第1の結合部材と、
前記第1の結合部材の前記第1のブレード接触面に面する第2のブレード接触面を備える第2の結合部材であって、当該第2の結合部材は前記第2のブレード接触面に隣接する第2の外周側壁部を備え、前記第2のブレード接触面と当該第2の外周側壁部とは接して外側縁部を規定し、前記第2の結合部材は前記第2のブレード接触面の中を通る穴部を備え、当該穴部と前記第2のブレード接触面とは接して内側縁部を規定する第2の結合部材と、
前記第1のブレード接触面および前記第2のブレード接触面のうちの少なくとも一方の面から突き出るブレード係合突起部であって、前記内側縁部よりも前記外側縁部の近くに距離をあけて配置されるブレード係合突起部と、を具備する外科切除器具。 - 請求項1記載の外科切除器具において、
前記突起部は、前記内側縁部に最も近い内側側面部分と前記外側縁部に最も近い外側側面部分とを具備し、
前記内側側面部分は、前記内側縁部から前記外側縁部までの距離の少なくとも約60%前記内側縁部から距離をあけて配置される、外科切除器具。 - 請求項1記載の外科切除器具において、
前記突起部は、前記内側縁部に最も近い内側側面部分と前記外側縁部に最も近い外側側面部分とを具備し、
前記外側側面部分は、前記内側縁部から前記外側縁部までの距離の少なくとも約80%前記内側縁部から距離をあけて配置される、外科切除器具。 - 請求項3記載の外科切除器具において、
前記外側側面部分は、前記内側縁部から前記外側縁部までの距離の少なくとも約90%前記内側縁部から距離をあけて配置される、外科切除器具。 - 請求項1記載の外科切除器具において、
前記第1の結合部材は、前記第1のブレード接触面から垂直に延在するシャンクを具備し、
前記シャンクは、前記第2のブレード接触面の前記穴部の中を通って延在する、外科切除器具。 - 請求項5記載の外科切除器具において、
前記第1のブレード接触面および前記第2のブレード接触面のうちの前記少なくとも一方の面の他の面には、そこに形成された少なくとも1つの受容凹部を具備し、
前記受容凹部は、前記ブレード係合突起部と合致し、当該ブレード係合突起部を受容する大きさである、外科切除器具。 - 請求項6記載の外科切除器具において、
前記第1のブレード接触面と前記第1の外周側壁部とが接して外側縁部を規定し、
前記第1のブレード接触面と前記シャンクとが接して内側縁部を規定し、
前記受容凹部は、前記内側縁部よりも前記外側縁部の近くに距離をあけて配置される、外科切除器具。 - 請求項6記載の外科切除器具において、
前記受容凹部は、それぞれの外周部と実質的に同心円状にある溝部である、外科切除器具。 - 請求項1記載の外科切除器具において、
前記突起部は、第2のブレード接触面にあり、
前記器具はさらに、前記第1のブレード接触面の受容凹部を具備し、
前記受容凹部は、ブレード係合突起部の少なくとも一部を受容するように配置される、外科切除器具。 - 請求項1記載の外科切除器具において、
第1の外周部および第2の外周部は、実質的に円筒状であり、
前記ブレード係合突起部は、前記第1のブレード接触面および前記第2のブレード接触面のうちの前記少なくとも一方の面の周囲に対称的に配置される、外科切除器具。 - 請求項1記載の外科切除器具において、
前記第1のブレード接触面および前記第2のブレード接触面のうちの前記少なくとも一方の面は、前記ブレード係合突起部を受容するために形成された穴部を具備し、
前記ブレード係合突起部は、前記穴部の中に固定される、外科切除器具。 - 外科切除器具に適合する形状の骨切除外科ブレードによって骨材料を切除するための携帯型外科切除器具であって、
前記切除器具を操作するために手で掴むことができる本体と、
前記本体に取り付けられ、前記骨切除外科ブレードに取り付けられるように構成されるブレード結合機構と、を具備し、
前記ブレード結合機構は、
軸および頭部を規定するシャンクを備える駆動シャフトであって、前記頭部は外側表面、前記外側表面に対向する第1のブレード接触面、当該外側表面と前記第1のブレード接触面との間に延在する第1の外周側壁部を備え、当該第1のブレード接触面と前記第1の外周側壁部とは接して外側縁部を規定し、前記第1のブレード接触面および前記シャンクは内側縁部を規定する駆動シャフトと、
穴部が形成されたスリーブであって、前記駆動シャフトの前記シャンクは当該穴部の中に配置され、前記スリーブは前記第1のブレード接触面に面する第2のブレード接触面と第2の外周側壁部を備え、当該第2の外周側壁部の一部は前記駆動シャフトの前記第1の外周側壁部の一部と実質的に合致し、前記第2のブレード接触面と前記第2の外周側壁部とは接して外側縁部を規定し、前記穴部と前記第2のブレード接触面とは接して内側縁部を規定するスリーブと、
前記第1のブレード接触面および前記第2のブレード接触面のうちの一方の面から延在するブレード係合突起部と、
前記第1のブレード接触表面および前記第2のブレード接触表面のうちの他方の面に形成された少なくとも1つの受容凹部と、を具備し、
前記ブレード係合突起部および前記受容凹部は、前記内側縁部よりも前記外側縁部の近くに形成される、外科切除器具。 - 請求項12記載の外科切除器具において、
前記突起部は、前記内側縁部に最も近い内側側面部分と前記外側縁部に最も近い外側側面部分とを具備し、
前記内側側面部分は、前記内側縁部から前記外側縁部までの距離の少なくとも約60%前記内側縁部から距離をあけて配置される、外科切除器具。 - 請求項13記載の外科切除器具において、
前記少なくとも1つの受容凹部は、前記内側縁部に最も近い内側部分と前記外側縁部に最も近い外側部分とを備え、
前記外側側面部分は、前記内側縁部から前記外側縁部までの距離の少なくとも約80%当該内側縁部から距離をあけて配置される、外科切除器具。 - 請求項12記載の外科切除器具において、
前記受容凹部は、前記駆動シャフトの外周縁部と同心円状にある単一の溝部である、外科切除器具。 - 請求項12記載の外科切除器具において、
前記受容凹部は、前記ブレード係合突起部と同一の横断面形状を有する複数の独立した凹部である、外科切除器具。 - 請求項12記載の外科切除器具において、
前記ブレード係合突起部は、前記第2のブレード接触面の受容穴部の中に固定される円筒状のピンである、外科切除器具。 - 請求項12記載の外科切除器具において、
前記ブレード係合突起部は、長方形形状の突起部である、外科切除器具。 - 請求項12記載の外科切除器具において、
互いに45度ずつ半径方向にずれている8つのブレード係合突起部を具備する、外科切除器具。 - 外科切除器具に適合する形状の骨切除外科ブレードによって骨材料を切除するための携帯型外科切除器具であって、
前記切除器具を操作するために手で掴むことができる本体と、
前記本体に取り付けられ、前記骨切除外科ブレードに取り付けられるように構成されるブレード結合機構と、を具備し、
前記ブレード結合機構は、
第1のブレード接触面と当該第1のブレード接触面に隣接する第1の外周側壁部を備える第1の結合部材であって、前記第1の外周側壁部は前記第1のブレード接触面に垂直な中心軸を規定する第1の結合部材と、
前記第1の結合部材の前記第1のブレード接触面に面する第2のブレード接触面を備える第2の結合部材であって、前記第2のブレード接触面に隣接する第2の外周側壁部を備え、当該第2の外周側壁部の一部は前記第1の外周側壁部の一部と実質的に合致する第2の結合部材と、
前記第1のブレード接触面および前記第2のブレード接触面のうちの少なくとも一方の面から突き出るブレード係合突起部であって、前記第1の外周側壁部に最も近く配置される最も外側の部分を備えるブレード係合突起部と、を具備し、
前記最も外側の部分は、前記軸から前記第1の外周側壁部までの距離の少なくとも80%前記中心軸から離れて配置される、外科切除器具。 - 請求項20記載の外科切除器具において、
前記第1のブレード接触面と前記第2のブレード接触面のうちの前記少なくとも一方の面の他の面に突起部受容凹部を具備し、
前記受容凹部は、前記第1の外周側壁部に最も近い最も外側の部分を備え、
前記第1の最も外側の部分は、前記軸から前記第1の外周側壁部までの距離の少なくとも80%前記中心軸から離れて配置される、外科切除器具。 - 請求項21記載の外科切除器具において、
前記ブレード係合突起部および前記受容凹部の前記最も外側の部分は、前記軸から前記外周側壁部までの距離の少なくとも90%前記中心軸から離れて配置される、外科切除器具。
