Claims (10)
- 循環冷媒を使用する第1冷却系と、燃焼機関(2)の通常運転中に第1冷却系における冷媒よりも低い温度である循環冷媒を用いる第2冷却系と、水蒸気を含むガス媒体を前記第2冷却系で冷媒によって冷却するためのクーラー(10,15)とを含む過給燃焼機関(2)用装置において、
前記第2冷却系からくる冷媒が内部を通る熱交換器(28)と、前記燃焼機関から出る排気が前記熱交換器(28)を通って流れないようにする閉位置、および、前記燃焼機関(2)から出る排気が前記熱交換器(28)を通って流れ、もって前記第2冷却系における冷媒が排気によって加温されるようにする開位置に位置づけ可能なバルブ手段(30)とを含むことを特徴とする過給燃焼機関用装置。 - 前記燃焼機関(2)の排気ライン(4)に接続された排気ループ(29)を含み、該排気ループ(29)が前記熱交換器(28)および前記バルブ手段(30)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載された過給燃焼機関用装置。
- 前記クーラー(10,15)内に氷結が生じているか否か、または、氷結の危険が生じる程度にガス媒体が冷却されたか否かを示すパラメータを検出する少なくとも1つのセンサー(35)と、該センサー(35)から情報を受け、前記クーラー(10,15)内の氷結またはその危険の有無を判断して、氷結またはその危険があれば、前記バルブ手段(30)を開位置に位置づける制御ユニット(31)とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載された過給燃焼機関用装置。
- 前記センサーが、温度センサー(35)または圧力センサーであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載された過給燃焼機関用装置。
- 前記第2冷却系が、大気温度の空気で循環冷媒を冷却するラジエータ・エレメント(24)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか一項に記載された過給燃焼機関用装置。
- 前記熱交換器(28)が、前記第2冷却系の意図する冷媒の流れ方向に関して前記ラジエータ・エレメント(24)の下流側であって前記クーラー(10,15)の上流側位置で前記第2冷却系に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか一項に記載された過給燃焼機関用装置。
- 前記第1冷却系が、前記燃焼機関(2)を冷却するようになされていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか一項に記載された過給燃焼機関用装置。
- 追加のクーラー(9,14)を更に含み、該クーラー(9,14)では、前記ガス媒体が、前記クーラー(10,15)に導かれる前に、前記第1冷却系における前記冷媒により第1段階の冷却を受け、前記クーラー(10,15)では、前記第2冷却系における前記冷媒により第2段階の冷却を受けるようになされていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7までのいずれか一項に記載された過給燃焼機関用装置。
- 前記ガス媒体が、前記燃焼機関(2)への入口ライン(8)に導かれる圧縮空気であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8までのいずれか一項に記載された過給燃焼機関用装置。
- 前記ガス媒体が、帰還ライン(11)で前記燃焼機関(2)に導かれる再循環排気であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項9までのいずれか一項に記載された過給燃焼機関用装置。
