Claims (18)
- 形成されたポリウレタンフォームの一ピースで、一次ポリウレタンフォームを含む植物の基層であって、前記ポリウレタンがアルキレンオキシド、特に高エチレンオキシドを含み、少なくともポリオールを含む高エチレンオキシドとイソシアネートとから形成される植物の基層。
- 800μmより小さい、とりわけ700μmより小さい、好ましくは500μmより小さいセルサイズを有する開口セル構造を含む、請求項1に記載の植物の基層。
- 前記セルサイズが100μm−400μmの間である、請求項2に記載の植物の基層。
- 前記ポリオールが、23℃で7500mPa.sより高い、とりわけ23℃で10000mPa.sより高い増大した粘度を有するポリオールである、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の植物の基層。
- その密度が、約70キログラム/立方メートル以下、特に約50キログラム/立方メートル以下、とりわけ約30キログラム/立方メートル以下である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の植物の基層。
- 前記ポリウレタンフォームの硬度が20kPa以下、とりわけ10kPa以下である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の植物の基層。
- 一次ポリウレタン工程においてポリオールをイソシアネートと反応させて一次ポリウレタンフォームを形成し、植物の生育のための植物の基層を形成することを含む、植物の基層の製造方法。
- 前記ポリオールが、23℃で7500mPa.sより高い、とりわけ23℃で10000mPa.sより高い増大した粘度を有し、800μmより小さい、とりわけ700μmより小さい、好ましくは500μmより小さいセルサイズを有する開口セル構造を有するポリウレタンフォームが得られる、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 100μm−400μmの間であるセルサイズを有する開口セル構造を有するポリウレタンフォームが得られる、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記増大した粘度を有するポリオールが、既知のポリオールをある量のイソシアネートとプレ重合することによって形成される、請求項8または9に記載の方法。
- 前記イソシアネートの量が、既知のポリオールと、増大した粘度を有するポリオールを達成するための粘度とに依存して決定される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記既知のポリオールが、500−1000mPa.sの粘度を有する従来の未充填ポリエーテルポリオール、または1000−7000mPa.sの粘度を有する充填若しくはグラフトポリオールである、請求項10または11に記載の方法。
- アルキレンオキシド、特に高エチレンオキシドを含むポリオールが使用される、請求項7から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 40から80重量パーセント、特に50から70重量%のアルキレンオキシド含量を有するポリオールが使用される、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 使用後の基層が再利用されるか、基層を燃焼することによりエネルギーが生産される、請求項7から14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 一次ポリウレタンフォーム形成工程の間で、ポリオールとイソシアネート、及び/またはポリウレタンに添加剤が添加され、前記添加剤が水を取り込む及び/または水を誘引する材料、好ましくは水を取り込む及び/または誘引する固体を含む、請求項7から15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の基層が形成される、請求項7から16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 植物の生育のための、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の植物の基層の使用。
