Claims (10)
- 電気機械、特に内燃機関のスタータのための保持フランジ(4)であって、該保持フランジ(4)が、絶縁部分として形成されており且つ少なくとも部分的に電気的に絶縁性の材料から製作されているか、又は保持フランジ(4)に配置された絶縁部材を有している形式のものにおいて、
保持フランジの絶縁部分が、電気機械の軸受けの軸受けシールド(1)の外面を覆うキャップ(8)により延長されて形成されていることを特徴とする、電気機械のための保持フランジ。 - 前記キャップ(8)が、軸受けシールド(1)の外部形状に対応して切頭円錐形であり且つ前記軸受けシールドの上に平行に配置されており、特にピニオンまで引き出されている、請求項1記載の保持フランジ。
- 保持フランジ(4)がキャップ(8)と一体に製作されている、請求項1又は2記載の保持フランジ。
- キャップ(8)を備えた保持フランジ(4)が2つの部分から製作されている、請求項1又は2記載の保持フランジ。
- 保持フランジ(4)及びキャップ(8)が、電気的に絶縁性の材料、特にセラミック、プラスチック及び/又は電気的に絶縁性の複合材料から製作されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の保持フランジ。
- 電気機械、特に内燃機関のためのスタータであって、ケーシングと軸受けシールド(1)とが設けられており、該軸受けシールド(1)に、内燃機関に固定するための、電気的に絶縁性の保持フランジ(4)を備えた固定フランジ(2)が形成されている形式のものにおいて、
軸受けシールド(1)の外面が、電気的に絶縁性の被覆材料によって形成されていることを特徴とする、内燃機関のための電気機械。 - 軸受けシールド(1)の外面が、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の保持フランジ(4)によって電気的に絶縁されている、請求項5記載の電気機械。
- 切頭円錐形の軸受けシールド(1)の外面が、電気的に絶縁性のラッカコーティングを施されている、請求項6又は7記載の電気機械。
- 切頭円錐形の軸受けシールド(1)の外面に、電気的に絶縁性の材料が射出成形されている、請求項6から8までのいずれか1項記載の電気機械。
- 保持フランジ(4)が、電気機械の少なくとも2つの位置に配置可能な回転フランジとして形成されている、請求項6から9までのいずれか1項記載の電気機械。
