Abstract
Description
ポリエチレンシースを有するPETコア複合繊維と、ポリエチレンフィルム;

実施例
200gsmと400gsmの間の公称ウェブ重量を有し、必要な完成品よりも約3〜5mm厚い各々垂直方向に折り畳まれ熱で結合された不織ウェブである繊維質ウェブの幾つかのサンプルを作成した。幾つかの繊維質ウェブ(ブレンド1)は、コポリエステルシースとポリエステルコアとを有する複合繊維を配合したステープルポリエステルファイバーを有している。残りの繊維質ウェブ(ブレンド2)は、ポリエステル複合繊維の代わりに、ポリエチレンシースとポリエステルコアからなる付着性繊維を配合したポリエステル繊維を有している。各ブレンドの詳細は、表1に載っている。
Claims (46)
- 多孔質バルク吸音体として作用し、ある割合の複合繊維を含む低密度繊維質ウェブであって、各複合材料は、コア材料とコア材料を取り囲むシース材料とを有し、シース材料は、コア材料よりも低い融点を有しているウェブを形成することと、
シース材料と付着的に適合している薄い面材層を低密度繊維質ウェブに付することと、
少なくとも幾分かの複合繊維のシース材料を軟化させるのに十分な温度まで繊維質ウェブを加熱することと、
面材層の少なくとも一部が、少なくとも幾分かの複合繊維の軟化したシース材料と接触して面材層と繊維質ウェブとの間に付着性の結合を形成するよう、低圧下に面材層と繊維質ウェブを一緒に押圧することを、
