Abstract
Description
本明細書において、第VIII族は、CAS方式による分類に従った第VIII族に相当し、これは新IUPAC方式による分類に従った第8族〜第10族の金属に相当する(CRC Handbook of Chemistry and Physics, publisher CRC Press, editor D R Lide, 81st edition, 2000-2001)。
この手順は、特許出願EP1053053に記載の調製方法に従って調製されるアルミナを用いる。それは、2〜5mmのボール形態であり、その比表面積は349m2/gである。まずナトリウムがNaNo3の溶液の乾式含浸と称される方法によって組み入れられ、それにより100℃での乾燥および820℃での焼成後にナトリウム6.7重量%を得る。

改質油は、毎時2リットルの流量で流通し、これは液体空間速度20h−1に相当する。反応器は、140℃の温度で1MPaの圧力下に操作される。
0.3重量%のパラジウムをアルミナ上に沈着させられて含む集塊Bを調製する。乾式含浸と称される方法によってPd(NO3)2からパラジウムを沈着させる。アルミナは、平均径3mmのボール形態であり、その比表面積は120m2/gである。含浸後、120℃で集塊を乾燥させ、その後450℃で焼成する。これにより得られた結果は、ボール上の表皮部形態で残留するパラジウムの沈着物である。この表皮部の厚さは300ミクロンである。
この実施例では、ベンゼン水素化帯域へと通過させられる前の分留カラムから放出される軽質留分(軽質改質油と称され、ベンゼンの大部分を含む)の処理を伴う。本明細書において、この留分はE1と称される。

実施例2に記載の、100cm3のパラジウム触媒集塊Bを、第1の反応器に配置した。
圧力: 2.5MPa
H2流量: 240リットル TPN/時(すなわちH2約1モル/モル(充填物)
2つの反応器は、1000時間の期間に渡り操作され、500時間後および1000時間後のオレフィンと塩素の含量が計測された。
今回、改質装置の分離器からの水素に富む気体流出物(本明細書においてAと称する)が処理された。この組成は以下に示す通りである。
T℃: 40℃
気体流量: 80リットル/時(GHSV=800h−1)
200時間後および1000時間後に得られた結果は、以下の表に要約される。
Claims (11)
- 水素の存在下に、改質帯域からの流出物の少なくとも一部を除去帯域において接触させることによる、塩化水素および有機塩素化合物の形態の塩素の除去による精製方法であって、前記流出物の一部は、オレフィン、塩化水素および有機塩素化合物を含み、該除去帯域は、鎖状配置の2種の集塊を含み、第1の集塊は、第VIII族からの少なくとも1種の金属を鉱物担体上に担持させられて含む集塊であり、第2の集塊は、塩化水素吸着剤である、方法。
- 改質帯域からの流出物の少なくとも一部が気−液分離器中を流通し、前記分離器が水素に富む気体の流れ(A)および液体流出物(B)を生じさせ、前記液体流出物は安定化帯域へと通過させられ、前記安定化帯域により少なくとも2種の留分、すなわち、第1の軽質留分(C)および第1の重質留分(D)が生じるに至り、前記第1の重質留分は分留カラムへと通過させられ、該分留カラムにより少なくとも2種の留分、すなわち、第2の軽質留分(E1)および第2の重質留分(F)が生じるに至り、該第2の軽質留分(E1)は、カラム頂部で抜き出され、留分(E1)はベンゼン水素化帯域へと通過させられ得、精製帯域は気−液分離器、安定化カラム、または分留カラムから来る任意の流れ上に配置される、請求項1に記載の塩素の除去による精製方法。
- 前記分留カラムにより少なくとも3種の留分、すなわち、第2の軽質留分(E1)、留分(E2)、および第2の重質留分(F)が生じるに至り、該第2の軽質留分(E1)は、カラム頂部で抜き出され、留分(E2)は、カラム頂部とカラム供給口との間で抜き出され、留分(E1)および留分(E2)はそれぞれベンゼン水素化帯域へと通過させられ得る、請求項2に記載の塩素の除去による精製方法。
- 精製帯域は水素に富む気体の流れ(A)、液体流出物(B)、または留分(E1)あるいは留分(E2)の少なくもいずれか1つの上に配置される、請求項3に記載の塩素の除去による精製方法。
- 除去帯域は、塩素に対する水素のモル比が5超である水素の存在下、25〜350℃の温度、0.2〜5MPaの圧力で、操作される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の塩素の除去による精製方法。
- 除去帯域の2種の集塊は、同一の反応器または2つの異なる反応器のいずれかに充填される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の塩素の除去による精製方法。
- 2種の集塊は同一の反応器に充填され、その中で第1の集塊は、第VIII族からの少なくとも1種の金属を鉱物担体上に担持させられて含む集塊であり、第2の集塊は、塩化水素吸着剤である、請求項6に記載の塩素の除去による精製方法。
- 第2の集塊が飽和している場合、それは、別個に排出され、その間処理されるべき充填物は、塩化水素吸着剤を含む第3の反応器へと迂回させられる、請求項7に記載の塩素の除去による精製方法。
- 第1の集塊は白金およびパラジウムにより形成される群から選択される第VIII族からの少なくとも1種の金属を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の塩素の除去による精製方法。
- 第1の集塊は、アルミナ、シリカ、シリカアルミナ、シリカマグネシア、酸化チタン、アルミノケイ酸塩により形成される群から選択される少なくとも1種の鉱物担体を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の塩素の除去による精製方法。
- 塩化水素吸着剤は、アルカリ金属またはアルカリ土類金属で促進されるアルミナである、請求項1〜10のいずれか1つに記載の塩素の除去による精製方法。
