Claims (5)
- 燃料電池車両における遮断プロセス時用の冷却システムであって、或る量の冷媒流体を雰囲気温度で収容する冷媒流体リザーバと、ポンプと、該ポンプ及び前記冷媒流体リザーバを、車両用燃料電池スタックに冷媒流体を循環させる冷却システムの一セクションに相互接続させる流体回路と、該流体回路内の少なくとも1つの制御可能な弁と、燃料電池制御システム及び前記少なくとも1つの制御可能な弁及び前記ポンプと相関する遮断時用の制御システムとを備え、車両の発電装置運転状態時に、前記少なくとも1つの制御可能な弁が閉位置に維持され、前記流体回路内の前記ポンプがオフ状態にあり、前記リザーバ内の前記流体の温度が雰囲気温度に維持され、そのため、前記遮断時用の制御システムは、前記燃料電池が遮断するという信号を前記車両制御システムから受け取ると、前記ポンプをオンにして前記少なくとも1つの制御可能な弁を開位置に切り換え、前記リザーバ内の雰囲気温度の流体が、前記車両用燃料電池スタックに冷媒流体を循環させる冷却システムの前記セクションに送られ、
それにより、前記雰囲気温度の流体を、前記リザーバから前記車両用燃料電池スタックに冷媒流体を循環させる冷却システムの前記セクションに流して前記スタックを冷却する冷却システム。 - 請求項1に記載の冷却システムであって、
前記ポンプ及び前記冷媒流体リザーバと、前記車両用燃料電池スタックを介して冷媒流体を循環させる冷却システムの一セクションとを相互接続させる流体回路は、第1の位置で、主要な車両用冷却システムから前記燃料電池スタックを通る冷媒の流れを可能にすると共に前記リザーバから前記燃料電池への冷媒流体の流れを防げ、第2の位置で、前記リザーバから前記燃料電池への冷媒流体の流れを可能にすると共に前記主要な車両用冷却システムから前記燃料電池スタックを通る冷媒流体の流れを防げる一対の二方向バルブを含む冷却システム。 - 請求項1に記載の冷却システムであって、
前記一対の二方向バルブは、前記燃料電池スタックに対し、前記冷却システムへ、または該冷却システムから、通じる流体管の対向する両側に配置される冷却システム。 - 車両における遮断の発生時にスタック温度を雰囲気レベルまで迅速に冷却することによって、自動車の燃料電池スタックにおける電圧持続をなくす冷却システムであって、或る量の冷媒流体を雰囲気温度で収容する二次冷媒流体リザーバと、前記燃料電池スタックに対し前記冷却システムへ/から通じる流体流管の対向する両側に配置される一対の二方向バルブと、第1の位置で、主要な車両用冷却システムから前記燃料電池スタックを通る冷媒の流れを可能にすると共に前記リザーバから前記燃料電池への冷媒流体の流れを防げ、第2の位置で、前記リザーバから前記燃料電池スタックへの冷媒流体の流れを可能にすると共に前記主要な車両用冷却システムから前記燃料電池スタックを通る冷媒流体の流れを防げる一対の二方向バルブを制御する切換えシステムとを備える、冷却システム。
- 請求項4に記載の冷却システムであって、
前記冷却システムは、前記リザーバ内の前記流体を雰囲気温度に維持するサーモスタット制御システムを有し、該制御システムは、雰囲気温度を測定する温度センサと、熱交換器と、流体流回路内で該リザーバへ、または該リザーバから相互接続される弁システムとを含み、雰囲気温度を監視し、前記リザーバ内の前記流体の温度を雰囲気温度に維持する冷却システム。
