Description
Claims (3)
- 燃料電池を搭載した車両において、前記燃料電池と前記車両の負荷回路との間の接続が前記車両の車両制御システムからの指令で遮断された際の前記燃料電池の冷却システムであって、その冷却システムは、
雰囲気温度で冷媒流体を収容する冷媒流体リザーバと、
前記冷媒流体が前記冷媒流体リザーバから流れ出てラジエータを経由して前記冷媒流体リザーバへと戻るように形成される第1の流れ回路と、前記冷媒流体が前記冷媒流体リザーバから流れ出て前記燃料電池を経由して前記冷媒流体リザーバへと戻るように形成される第2の流れ回路とを具備する流体回路と、
前記流体回路に配置されるポンプであって、そのポンプは前記冷媒流体を循環させるオン状態と前記冷媒流体を循環させないオフ状態との間での切り替えが可能なポンプと、
前記流体回路に配置され、前記冷媒流体を循環させる開位置と前記冷媒流体を循環させない閉位置との間での切り替えが可能な少なくとも1つの弁と、
前記ポンプの前記オン状態と前記オフ状態との間の前記切り替えと前記弁の前記閉位置と前記開位置との間の切り替えと制御する遮断制御システムとを備え、
前記遮断制御システムは、前記燃料電池の運転状態時には、前記少なくとも1つの弁が閉位置で維持するように、前記流体回路内の前記ポンプをオフ状態で維持するように、前記少なくとも1つの弁と前記ポンプとを制御して、前記冷媒流体リザーバ内の前記冷媒流体の温度が雰囲気温度に維持し、
前記遮断制御システムは、前記遮断制御システムが前記燃料電池を前記負荷回路から遮断するという信号を前記車両制御システムから受け取ると、前記ポンプをオン状態で維持するように、前記少なくとも1つの弁を開位置で維持するように、前記少なくとも1つの弁と前記ポンプとを制御して、前記冷媒流体リザーバ内にある雰囲気温度の流体を前記第2の流れ回路に送り、
それにより、前記雰囲気温度の前記冷媒流体が前記冷媒流体リザーバと前記燃料電池との間で循環して前記燃料電池を冷却する冷却システム。 - 請求項1に記載の冷却システムであって、
前記第2の流れ回路には、前記車両が有する冷却装置から前記燃料電池を通って前記冷却装置へと戻る冷媒流体の流れを可能にする一方で前記冷媒流体リザーバと前記燃料電池との間の冷媒流体の流れを防げる第1の状態と、前記冷媒流体リザーバから前記燃料電池への冷媒流体の流れを可能にする一方で前記車両の冷却装置から前記燃料電池を通って前記車両の冷却装置へと戻る冷媒流体の流れを妨げる第2の状態と、の間で、切り替え可能な一対の三方バルブを有する冷却システム。 - 請求項2に記載の冷却システムであって、
前記一対の三方バルブは、前記冷媒流体が前記燃料電池から前記冷媒流体リザーバへ流れる管路と、前記冷媒流体が前記冷媒流体リザーバから前記燃料電池へ流れる管路との、それぞれに配置される冷却システム。
