Abstract
Description
− ZSO9は、10重量%の酸化スズをドープされた酸化亜鉛の層を意味する;
− TiOxは、亜酸化チタンである(任意選択的に、TiOxはZrOx(それは亜酸化ジルコニウムである)で置換されてもよい);
− TiZrOxは、50重量%のTiO2、46重量%のZrO2、残りが、ジルコニウムに通常伴う元素、特に酸化物Y2O5から形成される(それはセラミックターゲットから得られ、わずかに酸化性の雰囲気下で蒸着される。得られた層は実質的に化学量論的である。)。

Claims (17)
- マグネトロンによって真空蒸着されかつ太陽光抵抗特性及び/又は低放射特性を有するフィルム系を含む、本質的に透明な板ガラスであって、保護表面層として、酸化チタンに基づきかつZrO2,SiO2,Cr2O3からなる群からの高硬度の少なくとも一種の他の金属酸化物に基づく層を含む、板ガラス。
- 表面層の酸化チタン以外の金属酸化物が層全体の少なくとも5重量%、好ましくは少なくとも10重量%である、請求項1に記載の板ガラス。
- 酸化チタンが表面層の少なくとも40重量%である、請求項1又は2に記載の板ガラス。
- 表面層がさらに、考慮下の追加の酸化物と共に通常存在する金属酸化物を含み、これらの酸化物が、表面層の全ての酸化物の8重量%を越えない割合である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の板ガラス。
- 酸化チタンに加えて、表面層が15重量%〜50重量%の割合で酸化ジルコニウムを含有する、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の板ガラス。
- 酸化チタンに基づいた表面層が3nm以上の厚さを有する、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の板ガラス。
- 酸化チタンに基づいた表面層が35nm以下の厚さを有する、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の板ガラス。
- 酸化チタンに基づいた表面層が、酸化スズ又は任意選択的にアルミニウムを含有する窒化ケイ素もしくは酸窒化ケイ素の第一保護層上に適用される、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の板ガラス。
- 標準規格ASTM2486Dに従って実施される耐引っ掻き性試験において30%以下、好ましくは20%以下の引っ掻き割合に導く、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の板ガラス。
- 表面層に加えて、少なくとも一つの銀ベースの機能層、及びガラス支持体と第一銀層の間、適切には各銀層の間で、かつ支持体から最も遠い銀層上に配置された一組の誘電層を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の板ガラス。
- 一つ、二つ又は三つの銀層を含み、各々が7〜20nmの厚さを有する、請求項10に記載の板ガラス。
- 各銀ベース層が、Ti,NiCrの酸化物又は亜酸化物から形成された犠牲層で被覆されている、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の板ガラス。
- 銀層が、スズで任意選択的にドープされた酸化亜鉛に基づいた層上に蒸着される、請求項11又は12に記載の板ガラス。
- 機械的強度を改良する一種以上の追加の酸化物を含む酸化チタンに基づいた表面層が、酸化物の対応する混合物を含む陰極からマグネトロン支援真空蒸着によって蒸着される、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の板ガラスの製造方法。
- 表面層の蒸着がわずかに酸化性の雰囲気下で実施される、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 層系が、ガラス支持体から出発してZnSnO(50/50)/ZnSnO(90/10)/Ag/TiOx/ZnSnO(90/10)/ZnSnO(50/50)/TiZrOx(55/45)の態様で形成され、銀ベース層が10〜14nmの厚さを有し、TiZrOx表面層の厚さが5〜8nmである、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の板ガラス。
- 二つの銀ベース層を含む層系で被覆された請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の板ガラスであって、層系が、ガラス支持体から出発してZnSnO(50/50)/ZnSnO(90/10)/Ag/TiOx/ZnSnO(90/10)/ZnSn(50/50)/ZnSnO(90/10)/Ag/TiOx/ZnSnO(90/10)/ZnSnO(50/50)/TiZrOx(55/45)の構造を有し、銀層が各々10〜14nmの厚さを有し、TiZrOx表面層の厚さが5〜8nmである、板ガラス。
