Abstract
Description
Claims (21)
- 手術において、骨への変更を計画/誘導するコンピュータ支援手術システムであって、
前記骨に固定される追跡可能部材であって、前記追跡可能部材の少なくとも2自由度の方向に関する方向ベースのデータを作成する第1慣性センサユニットを有する追跡可能部材と、
前記骨に固定されるよう成される位置決めブロックであって、前記位置決めブロックが前記骨に固定されて、前記位置決めブロックが前記骨の変更時にツールを誘導するのに用いられる選択方向に達すると、少なくとも前記位置決めブロックの方向が調節可能であり、前記位置決めブロックの少なくとも第2自由度の方向に関する方向ベースのデータを作成する第2慣性センサユニットを有する位置決めブロックと、
前記骨と前記追跡可能部材との間の方向基準を提供する処理システムであって、
前記方向ベースのデータから、前記追跡可能部材および前記位置決めブロックの方向を決定する、信号インタープリタと、
前記方向基準の関数および前記位置決めブロックの前記方向の関数として、前記骨に対する前記位置決めブロックの実際の方向に関する修正パラメータを計算するパラメータ計算機と、を備える、処理システムと、を備える、
コンピュータ支援手術システム。 - 前記方向基準は、前記骨の機械軸を組み込む面である請求項1に記載のコンピュータ支援手術システム。
- 前記骨は脛骨であり、前記脛骨の前稜に対して方向付けられるよう成される軸ディジタル化部材であって、前記軸ディジタル化部材が前記前稜に押し当てられる際に、少なくとも前記脛骨の前記機械軸を決定するよう、前記処理システムが使用する方向ベースのデータを作成する第3慣性センサユニットを有する軸ディジタル化部材をさらに備える請求項2に記載のコンピュータ支援手術システム。
- 前記骨は脛骨であり、前記脛骨に固定されるよう成される軸ディジタル化部材であって、前記脛骨結節中間の第3の前稜、第2中足骨、前記脛骨プラトーの中心および前記足関節の中心の少なくとも1つと整合する整合棒を備え、少なくとも前記脛骨の前記機械軸を決定するよう、前記処理システムが使用する方向ベースのデータを作成する第3慣性センサユニットを有する軸ディジタル化部材をさらに備える請求項2に記載のコンピュータ支援手術システム。
- 前記骨は大腿骨であり、前記機械軸のエントリポイントで前記大腿骨に固定されるよう成される軸ディジタル化部材であって、前記大腿骨の前記機械軸を決定するよう、前記処理システムが使用する方向ベースのデータを少なくとも作成する第3慣性センサユニットを有する軸ディジタル化部材をさらに備える請求項2に記載のコンピュータ支援手術システム。
- 前記位置決めブロックは、前記骨の前後軸と整合するように前記骨に固定される請求項1に記載のコンピュータ支援手術システム。
- 前記修正パラメータは、前記骨が変更される際の内反‐外反位であり、且つ前記骨が変更される際の屈曲‐伸展位であるように、前記位置決めブロックは、前記骨と前記第2慣性センサユニットとの間に複数の継手を有する請求項6に記載のコンピュータ支援手術システム。
- 前記修正パラメータの前記調節のために、前記位置決めブロックの前記複数の継手に複数のノブが設けられる請求項7に記載のコンピュータ支援手術システム。
- 前記処理システムは、前記追跡可能部材および前記位置決めブロックの何れか一方に装着される請求項1に記載のコンピュータ支援手術システム。
- 前記追跡可能部材は、前記骨に固定される前記位置決めブロックの一部分に設けられる請求項1に記載のコンピュータ支援手術システム。
- 骨への変更を計画/誘導する方法であって、
前記骨に固定される追跡可能部材を設けることであって、前記追跡可能部材は、前記追跡可能部材の少なくとも2自由度の方向に関する方向ベースのデータを作成する第1慣性センサユニットを有することと、
前記骨に固定される位置決めブロックを設けることであって、前記位置決めブロックは、前記位置決めブロックの少なくとも2自由度の方向に関する方向ベースのデータを作成する慣性センサユニットを有し、前記位置決めブロックの方向は、前記骨に対して調節可能であることと、
少なくとも前記追跡可能部材の前記方向ベースのデータから、前記骨の方向基準を決定することと、
前記骨の前記方向基準に対する前記位置決めブロックの前記方向ベースのデータから、骨修正パラメータを計算することと、
を備える方法。 - 前記骨に固定される前記追跡可能部材を設けることは、前記骨に固定される前記位置決めブロックの一部分に前記追跡可能部材を設けることを含み、これにより、追跡可能部材を設けることと、位置決めブロックを設けることとは同時に実行される請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記骨の方向基準を決定することは、前記骨の機械軸と整合する座標系をディジタル化することを含む請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記骨は脛骨であり、前記機械軸を組み込む面をディジタル化することは、前記追跡可能部材の方向に対する前記脛骨上のツールの方向を追跡することを含む請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記骨は大腿骨であり、前記機械軸をディジタル化することは、少なくとも前記追跡可能部材の方向に対する前記機械軸のエントリポイントに固定されるツールの方向を追跡することを含む請求項13に記載の方法。
- 骨に固定される位置決めブロックを設けることは、位置決めブロックを設けることを含み、骨修正パラメータを計算することは、前記骨の内反‐外反位、屈曲‐伸展位および面の回転の少なくとも1つを計算することを含む請求項11に記載の方法。
- 骨に固定される位置決めブロックを設けることは、前記骨の前後軸と整合する位置決めブロックを設けることを含み、骨修正パラメータを計算することは、前記骨の内反‐外反位、屈曲‐伸展位および面の回転の少なくとも1つを計算することを含む請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記方向基準の関数として、前記骨の切断面に置かれる、前記位置決めブロック、および慣性センサユニットを有する器具の少なくとも一方の方向によって、切断面の方向を計算することをさらに含む請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記位置決めブロックの追跡の関数および前記方向基準の関数として、前記位置決めブロックの方向を調節することをさらに含む請求項11に記載の方法。
- 方向を調節することは、内反‐外反方向、屈曲‐伸展方向および前記骨に対する前記位置決めブロックの回転の少なくとも1つを調節することを含む請求項19に記載の方法。
- 物体の寸法を決定するキャリパであって、
既知の基部長さを有する基部と、
前記基部の端部に枢動可能に装着される複数のアームであって、各々が既知のアーム長さを有し、前記物体の限界点を特定して測定するのに用いられる自由端部を有する複数のアームと、
少なくとも前記複数のアームに固定される慣性センサユニットであって、前記慣性センサユニットは、前記複数のアームおよび前記基部が置かれる面において、前記複数のアームの少なくとも1自由度の方向に関する方向データを作成する慣性センサユニットと、を備え、
これにより、限界点の間の寸法は、前記既知の基部長さおよびアーム長さから、且つ前記複数のアームの前記方向データから計算されるキャリパ。
