Claims (12)
- 2以上の同軸の通路(2、6)を有するバーナー(1)の排出端部を保護するための前面部(21)の製造方法であって、前記前面部が、バーナーの排出端部に対応する中央開口部(23)と、1以上のバッフル(26)によって間隔をおいて配置された前側壁(24)と後側壁(25)とを備え、前記バッフル(26)が、冷却液入口(30)を備える第一端部と冷却液排出口(31)をもつ第二端部を備える冷却流液路を形成し、前側壁(24)と前記1以上のバッフル(26)が1つの金属製部品から作られ、後側壁(25)が前記1以上のバッフル(26)の固定されていない先端部に溶接される、前記製造方法。
- 3以上の同心のバッフル(26)が同心の流路部分(27)を形成し、これらの流路部分(27)の少なくとも1つが、内部バッフルの中断部(29)のすぐ後の内部及び外部バッフルにかかる隔壁28によって閉鎖される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 後側壁(25)が、同心の流路部分に対応するセグメントによって作られる、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも前壁(24)が、鉄と45〜60重量%のニッケルを含有する合金鋼によって作られる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。

- 前記合金鋼が、チタン、アルミニウム、コバルト、炭素、マンガン、ケイ素、リン、硫黄、ホウ素及び銅からなる群の少なくとも一つの成分を、1成分あたり0.004〜1.3重量%の量にて含有する、請求項4〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前面部(21)がUNS N07718の鋼から作られる請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 溶接後、前面部(21)に析出硬化処理を行う、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 析出硬化処理前に前面部(21)に溶化アニール処理を行う、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項によって製造された前面部(21)を備える、気体運搬炭素燃料の部分燃焼のためのバーナー(1)。
