Claims (11)
- ハウジング(2)と、多数のダクト(4)を有するハニカム構造(3)と、を少なくとも備えるハニカム体(1)であって、
前記ハニカム構造(3)は、前記ハニカム構造(3)で固定するための連結点(6)が形成される少なくとも1つの少なくとも部分的に成形された金属層(5)と、前記連結点(6)の異なる密度を有する半径方向領域(38,39,40)を備える前記ハニカム構造(3)の断面(8)とで形成され、
さらに、前記断面(8)の少なくとも1つの領域の内部接点(7)の少なくとも1%、最大で20%は、連結点(6)を形成する、ハニカム体(1)。 - 前記連結点(6)の密度は、半径方向の内側から外側へ連続的に変化する、請求項1に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 前記ハニカム構造(3)は、複数の交互に存在する成形されたシートメタル箔(11)および平滑金属層(5)から構成される少なくとも1つのスタック(10)と、交互形状において前記金属層(5)と隣接して位置している前記成形されたシートメタル箔(11)上の前記連結点(6)と、で形成される、請求項1または2に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 金属層(5)に沿う前記連結点(6)は、互いに異なる間隔(12)で形成される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 前記連結点(6)は、前記少なくとも部分的に成形された金属層(5)の頂部(13)と隣接して形成されるろう付け点である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 前記連結点(6)は、軸(17)の方向における前記ハニカム構造(3)の全長(16)の少なくとも部分的な部分(14)のみで形成される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 2つの部分的な部分(14,15)は、前記軸(17)の方向において互いに離間して設けられており、
前記連結点(6)は、前記軸(17)の方向から見て重畳している、請求項6に記載のハニカム体(1)。 - 前記ハニカム構造(3)は、全ての前記金属層(5)によって、および前記ハニカム構造(3)の全長(16)に亘って前記ハウジング(2)に接続される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの少なくとも部分的に成形された金属層(5)は、少なくとも1つの突出部(18)または1つの開口部(16)で形成される、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のハニカム体(1)を少なくとも1つ備える排気ガス浄化ユニット(20)。
- 請求項10に記載の排気ガス浄化ユニット(20)を少なくとも1つ備える自動車(21)。
