Claims (10)
- 少なくとも1つのハウジング(2)およびハニカム構造(3)を有する、排ガス浄化システム(4)のためのハニカム体(1)であって、前記ハニカム体(1)に配置された少なくとも1つのシートメタル材料(5)を有し、前記シートメタル材料(5)は、当該シートメタル材料(5)の表面の部分(6)において、隆起部(7)と、前記隆起部(7)を取り囲むエッジ輪郭部(8)とを有し、前記隆起部(7)および前記エッジ輪郭部(8)が配置された前記部分(6)の総面積に対する前記隆起部(7)の面積割合は、少なくとも合計80%となる、ハニカム体(1)。
- 請求項1に記載のハニカム体(1)であって、前記シートメタル材料(5)の均一な程度の変形が、前記隆起部(7)と、前記隆起部(7)を取り囲む前記エッジ輪郭部(8)とを有する前記部分(6)に存在する、ハニカム体(1)。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載のハニカム体(1)であって、前記シートメタル材料(5)は、前記ハニカム体(1)の前記ハニカム構造(3)を構成するための構造体化されたホイル(9)である、ハニカム体(1)。
- 請求項3に記載のハニカム体(1)であって、前記ハニカム体(1)の前記ハニカム構造(3)の少なくとも1つのダクト(11)の少なくとも1つの第1の壁(10)は、前記構造体化されたホイル(9)によって少なくとも部分的に形成され、さらに、前記ダクト(11)の少なくとも1つの第2の壁(12)は、波形層、平滑層、および不織布の群からの要素(13)によって少なくとも部分的に形成される、ハニカム体(1)。
- 請求項3または請求項4に記載のハニカム体(1)であって、前記構造体化されたホイル(9)および/または前記要素(13)は開口部(14)を有し、調整部品を有さない、ハニカム体(1)。
- 請求項3から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のハニカム体(1)であって、前記構造体化されたホイル(9)はシートメタルの厚さ(D)を有し、前記隆起部(7)は、前記構造体化されたホイル(9)の前記エッジ輪郭部(8)から測定された高さ(H)を有し、前記高さ(H)は、最大で、前記シートメタルの厚さ(D)の6倍の高さに相当する、ハニカム体(1)。
- 請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のハニカム体(1)であって、前記シートメタル材料(5)は、前記ハニカム体(1)の前記ハウジング(2)を形成する、ハニカム体(1)。
- 請求項7に記載のハニカム体(1)であって、前記ハウジング(2)は、シートメタルの厚さ(D)を有し、前記隆起部(7)は、前記エッジ輪郭部(8)から測定された高さ(H)を有し、前記高さ(H)は、最大で、前記シートメタルの厚さ(D)の4倍の高さに相当する、ハニカム体(1)。
- 請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載のハニカム体(1)の使用であって、内燃エンジンの排ガス後処理のための粒子分離機または触媒コンバータ担持体としての使用。
- 請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載のハニカム体(1)を有する車両(15)。
