Description
a)少なくとも部分的に構造化された少なくとも1つの層を用意し、
b)少なくとも1つの平滑層を用意し、
c)ハニカム構造を形成するようにこれらの層を配置し、かつ曲成し、
d)ハニカム構造をケーシング内に嵌め込み、
e)ハニカム構造をケーシングに結合する、
ステップを少なくとも備え、ハニカム構造の少なくとも1つの軸方向の区間において、内側の半径方向のゾーンにおける第1のセル密度が、外側の半径方向のゾーンにおける第2のセル密度と比較して高くなるように、少なくとも1つの平滑層を構成し、かつポジショニングする、排ガス後処理用のハニカム体を製造する方法を提案する。
Claims (10)
- 排ガス後処理用のハニカム体(1)であって、
ケーシング(2)と、
多数の通路(4)を有するハニカム構造(3)と、
を備え、
前記ハニカム構造(3)は、少なくとも部分的に構造化された少なくとも1つの層(5)と、少なくとも1つの平滑層(6)とを交互に有して形成されており、
前記ハニカム構造(3)の横断面(7)は、複数の半径方向のゾーン(8,9)を有し、
前記ハニカム構造(3)の少なくとも1つの軸方向の区間(10)において、内側の半径方向のゾーン(8)では前記少なくとも1つの平滑層(6)が途切れることがなく、外側の半径方向のゾーン(9)では前記少なくとも1つの平滑層(6)が存在しない部分があるように、前記少なくとも1つの平滑層(6)が構成され、かつポジショニングされている、
排ガス後処理用のハニカム体。 - 前記少なくとも1つの平滑層(6)は、前記内側の半径方向のゾーン(8)にのみ設けられている、請求項1記載のハニカム体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの平滑層(6)の平滑層長さ(13)は、前記外側の半径方向のゾーン(9)において、前記内側の半径方向のゾーン(8)における長さよりも短い、請求項1記載のハニカム体。
- 前記平滑層長さ(13)は、半径方向外側に向かって減少する、請求項3記載のハニカム体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの平滑層(6)は、前記外側の半径方向のゾーン(9)に少なくとも1つの切欠き(14)を有し、前記切欠き(14)の切欠き長さ(15)は、半径方向外側に向かって増加する、請求項1記載のハニカム体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの平滑層(6)は、前記外側の半径方向のゾーン(9)に多数の穴(16)を有し、前記穴(16)の少なくとも穴サイズ(28)または穴密度(29)は、半径方向外側に向かって増加する、請求項1記載のハニカム体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの平滑層(6)の少なくとも第1のエッジ(17)または第2のエッジ(18)は、最大値(20)を前記内側の半径方向のゾーン(8)の領域に有するとともに、最小値(21)を前記外側の半径方向のゾーン(9)の領域に有するプロファイル(19)を有する、請求項1記載のハニカム体。
- 前記通路(4)は、前記ハニカム体(1)の第1の端面(22)から前記ハニカム体(1)の第2の端面(23)へと延在し、前記通路(4)は、前記ハニカム体(1)の中心軸線(24)に対して斜めに延びる、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のハニカム体。
- 前記ハニカム体(1)は、円錐形に形成されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のハニカム体。
- 排ガス後処理用のハニカム体(1)を製造する方法であって、
前記ハニカム体(1)は、少なくともケーシング(2)と、多数の通路(4)を有するハニカム構造(3)とを有し、前記ハニカム構造(3)の横断面(7)は、複数の半径方向のゾーン(8,9)を有する、方法において、
a)少なくとも部分的に構造化された少なくとも1つの層(5)を用意し、
b)少なくとも1つの平滑層(6)を用意し、
c)前記ハニカム構造(3)を形成するように前記層(5,6)を交互に配置し、かつ曲成し、
d)前記ハニカム構造(3)を前記ケーシング(2)内に嵌め込み、
e)前記ハニカム構造(3)を前記ケーシング(2)に結合する、
ステップを少なくとも備え、
前記ハニカム構造(3)の少なくとも1つの軸方向の区間(10)において、内側の半径方向のゾーン(8)では前記少なくとも1つの平滑層(6)が途切れることがなく、外側の半径方向のゾーン(9)では前記少なくとも1つの平滑層(6)が存在しない部分があるように、前記少なくとも1つの平滑層(6)を構成し、かつポジショニングする、
排ガス後処理用のハニカム体を製造する方法。
