Claims (6)
- ハウジング(2)と、複数のチャネル(4)を備えるハニカム構造体(3)を少なくとも有するハニカム体(1)であって、
前記ハニカム構造体(3)は、前記ハニカム構造体(3)を固定するために、連結点(6)を形成する少なくとも1つの少なくとも部分的に構造化された金属層(5)を有して形成され、
前記ハニカム構造体(3)の断面(8)は、連結点(6)を有する半径方向の領域(9、10、11)を有し、
さらに、少なくとも1つの領域(9、10、11)において、前記断面(8)における前記少なくとも1つの少なくとも部分的に構造化された金属層(5)の内部の接触点(7)の少なくとも1%、多くて20%が連結点(6)を形成し、
前記連結点(6)は、前記金属層(5)の構造体(12)の方向における長さ(13)を有し、少なくとも2つの半径方向の領域(9、10、11)における前記連結点(6)の前記長さ(13)は互いに異なる、ハニカム体(1)。 - 1つの半径方向の領域における前記連結点(6)の前記長さ(13)は、前記ハニカム構造体(3)の半径(14)の方向においてさらに外側に位置する半径方向の領域における長さよりも、より短い、請求項1に記載のハニカム体(1)。

- 少なくとも1つの半径方向の領域における前記連結点(6)は、2つの隣接する領域の前記連結点(6)と比べて、短くされた長さ(13)を有して形成される、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 前記連結点(6)は各々、中心点(16)を有し、1つの半径方向の領域の前記連結点(6)の前記中心点(16)は、別の半径方向の領域の前記連結点(6)の中心点(16)に対して、前記構造体(12)の方向にオフセットされる、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- ハニカム構造体(3)は、中心軸(17)および端側(18)を有し、前記軸(17)に近接する半径方向の領域(9)の前記連結点(6)の前記中心点(16)は、前記軸(17)から半径方向にさらに離れている少なくとも1つの領域における前記連結点(6)の前記中心点(16)よりも、1つの端側(18)に近接して配置される、請求項5に記載のハニカム体(1)。
