Claims (7)
- 過熱短絡構造を有する電圧依存性抵抗器であって、
セラミックス本体を備え、
前記セラミックス本体の二つの向い合う面に其々金属電極が設置され、其々の前記金属電極に対応して電極引出し線が設けられ、
前記電圧依存性抵抗器はさらに導電コネクタを含み、前記導電コネクタは熱融性絶縁層を介して前記金属電極に設置され、前記熱融性絶縁層が溶融された際に、前記導電コネクタは各前記金属電極と電気的に接続される、電圧依存性抵抗器。 - 前記導電コネクタは金属留め具であって、前記金属留め具は前記熱融性絶縁層を介して前記金属電極を挟む、請求項1に記載の電圧依存性抵抗器。
- 前記熱融性絶縁層が溶融された時に前記金属留め具の各前記金属電極との電気的な接続がより優れて実現できるように、前記金属留め具の前記熱融性絶縁層と接触する位置に前記セラミックス本体に向けて複数の隆起部が設置される、請求項2に記載の電圧依存性抵抗器。
- 前記金属留め具の各前記隆起部の間にさらに分離溝が設置され、前記分離溝により前記金属留め具の先端が複数の金属条に分けられる、請求項3に記載の電圧依存性抵抗器。
- 各前記隆起部が前記金属条の先端に設けられる、請求項4に記載の電圧依存性抵抗器。
- 前記熱融性絶縁層はポリプロピレン絶縁材料である、請求項1に記載の電圧依存性抵抗器。
- 各前記熱融性絶縁層と各前記金属電極との間には、さらに対応する金属スペーサが設けられる、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の電圧依存性抵抗器。
