Claims (28)
- 供給ガス用の供給入口側面(12)と、ろ過物用のろ過物出口(16、18)とを有するフィルタ(10)を備える微粒子ろ過装置(100)であって、供給ガス溝(20)と、ろ過物溝(22)と、前記供給入口側面(12)と前記ろ過物出口(16、18)との間の1つ以上のダイアフラム(34)とをさらに備える微粒子ろ過装置(100)において、前記供給入口側面(12)の反対側に、集塵室(52)と一緒に微粒子出口(50)が配置され、前記集塵室(52)は前記微粒子出口(50)に取り付けられて、前記供給ガス溝(20)内に保持される微粒子を回収することを特徴とする微粒子ろ過装置(100)。
- 前記集塵室(52)は、取外し可能に前記フィルタ(10)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記フィルタ(10)が取付けられた状態で、前記集塵室(52)は、測地学的に前記フィルタ(10)の下に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記供給ガスは、前記供給入口側面(12)に対して偏向されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記ろ過物出口(16、18)は、前記フィルタ(10)の対向する2つの側面に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記供給ガスは、供給ガス板(30)内に配置される供給ガス溝(20)に沿って移動することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ろ過物は、ろ過物板(32)内に配置されるろ過物溝(22)に沿って移動することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 連続する板(30、32)の前記溝(20、22)は、直交して並べられることを特徴とする、請求項6又は7に記載の装置。
- 前記板(30、32)は積層方向(40)に積層されるとともに、気体透過性ダイアフラム(34)により分離されることを特徴とする、請求項6〜8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 触媒材料が、1つ以上の供給ガス溝(20)内に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記1つ以上の供給ガス溝(20)は酸化触媒を提供することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 触媒材料が、1つ以上のろ過物ガス溝(22)内に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記1つ以上のろ過物溝(22)は、窒素酸化物を還元する触媒を提供することを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記触媒は、前記ダイアフラム(34)の上、及び/又は、前記分離壁(36)の上に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項12又は13に記載の装置。
- 前記供給ガス溝と前記ろ過物溝(20、22)との間の前記ダイアフラム(34)は、前記積層方向(40)に対して垂直に配向されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 分離壁(36)が、1つの板(30、32)内の前記溝(20、22)の間に配置されることと、1つ以上の前記分離壁(36)は気密性であることとを特徴とする、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
