Claims (2)
- (a)水溶性溶媒の存在下、0℃から80℃の温度で1から192時間にわたって0から7以下の初期pHで酸触媒される、式(I):
SiX4 (I)
[式中、基Xは、同一または異なって、ヒドロキシ、水素、ハロゲン、アミノ、アルコキシ、アシルオキシ、アルキルカルボニルおよび/またはアルコキシカルボニルであり、アルキル基から誘導される(該アルキル基は、1から20個の炭素原子、好ましくは1から10個の炭素原子を有する置換されていてもよい直鎖状、分枝状または環状基であり、酸素もしくは硫黄原子またはアミノ基が介在しうる)]の1以上の異なるSi化合物の多くとも1つの基Xの第1加水分解−縮合反応(HCR)を行い、
(b)密閉装置内での蒸発により該溶媒を同時に除去しながら、段階(a)で得られた物質の第2HCRを行い[この場合、該物質の十分な混合を行い、該蒸発は、1から1013mbarの真空中、場合によっては、化学的に不活性なエントレインメント気流を連続的に導入することにより行い、ここで、プロセスパラメーターである圧力、エントレインメント気流および/または温度の少なくとも1つを時間変動可能な様態で調節し、該蒸発の温度は30から90℃であり、該段階は0.5から2Pa・s(4℃で10L/sの場合)で行う]、
(c)このPSN物質を密閉装置内で数分から数時間にわたって冷却し、
(d)(c)から得られたPSN物質を第3HCRにより熟成ポリシロキサン物質(rPSN)物質へと変換することにより得られるポリシロキサン(PSN)物質。 - 生物吸収性および/または生物活性PSN物質を製造するための、請求項1に記載の物質の使用。
