Claims (15)
- 円錐凹部を有する船舵を、対応の円錐部を有する舵軸に取り付けるための配置であって、
前記舵軸(1)は円筒部(2)を含み、前記舵に向かう方向において、前記円筒部(2)の次に拡張突縁部(3)の円筒部(4)が連続し、前記円筒部(4)の次に前記舵軸(1)の円錐部(5)が連続しており、
前記舵は、舵要素(6)と、前記舵要素(6)への取り付けのためのフランジ要素(8)と、を含み、前記フランジ要素(8)が、前記舵軸(1)の前記円筒部(2)に嵌合して前記円筒部(2)に対して滑動するとともに前記円筒部(2)を密閉して囲む内部円筒部(9)と、前記舵軸の前記突縁部(3)の前記円筒部(4)周りに滑動して前記円筒部(4)に嵌合する配置のための内側円筒部(7)と、を含み、
前記舵は、前記舵要素(6)に前記フランジ要素(8)を締め付ける手段と、前記舵軸(1)の前記円筒部(2)と前記拡張突縁部(3)の前記円筒部との間の領域で前記舵軸(1)と前記フランジ要素(8)との間に油圧を作用させる流路と、を含むことを特徴とする配置。 - 前記舵要素(6)に前記フランジ要素(8)を締め付ける手段は、前記舵要素(6)と前記フランジ要素(8)との間で延びるボルト(10)を含む請求項1に記載の配置。
- 前記舵要素(6)に前記フランジ要素(8)を締め付ける手段は、前記フランジ要素(8)上の雄ねじと前記舵要素(6)上の雌ねじとをさらに含む請求項1に記載の配置。
- 組立中に前記舵要素(6)の前記円錐凹部(21)を拡張するために前記舵要素(6)の前記円錐凹部(21)と前記舵軸(1)の前記円錐部(5)との間に油圧を作用させる流路(11)をさらに含む請求項1に記載の配置。
- 前記舵軸(1)の前記円筒部(2)と前記フランジ要素(8)の前記内部円筒部(9)との間、及び、前記舵軸(1)の前記拡張突縁部(3)の前記円筒部と前記フランジ要素(8)の前記内側円筒部(7)との間を密閉するための密閉リング(12、13)をさらに含む請求項1に記載の配置。
- 前記舵要素(6)の前記円錐凹部(21)は底部(14)の中に延びており、前記舵軸(1)は端部(15)を含み、前記底部(14)及び前記端部(15)は、組立中に排出するための、かつ、取り外し中に油圧を作用させるための、密閉可能な供給路(17)を有する密閉チャンバ(16)を形成する請求項1に記載の配置。
- 前記舵軸(1)の前記円錐部(5)と前記円錐凹部(21)との間で、錐面の上側部寄りで前記フランジ(8)の近くに密閉リング(19)が配置され、かつ、錐面の下側部寄りで前記舵軸の端部(15)の近くに密閉リング(18)が配置される請求項1に記載の配置。
- 前記舵軸の端部(15)は実質的に平らである請求項7に記載の配置。
- 請求項1に規定された配置を用いて船舵に取り付けられ、前記舵への取り付けのための部分を有する舵軸(1)であって、
前記部分は円筒部(2)を含み、前記舵に向かう方向において、前記円筒部(2)の次に拡張部(3)の円筒部(4)が連続し、前記円筒部(4)の次に円錐部(5)が連続することを特徴とする舵軸。 - 前記円錐部(5)は実質的に平らな端部(15)で終端をなす請求項9に記載の舵軸。
- 前記拡張部(3)の前記円筒部(4)の後ろの段差(20)をさらに含む請求項9に記載の舵軸。
- 請求項1に規定された配置を通じて舵軸に取り付けるための円錐凹部(21)を有する舵要素(6)を備える船舵であって、
舵軸(1)に密閉・滑動接触する第1径の少なくとも1つの内部円筒部(9)を含むフランジ要素(8)と、前記舵要素(6)に前記フランジ要素(8)を締め付ける手段(10)と、
前記内部円筒部(9)の径よりも大きな第2径の少なくとも1つのさらなる円筒部(7)と、をさらに含む船舵。 - 円錐部(5)の下端で前記舵要素(6)の前記円錐凹部(21)内に閉鎖底部(14)をさらに含む請求項12に記載の船舵。
- 閉鎖底部(14)に油圧を作用させる流路(17)をさらに含む請求項12に記載の船舵。
- 請求項6に規定された配置を用いて取り付けられた船舵を舵軸(1)から取り外す方法であって、前記フランジ要素(8)と前記舵要素(6)との間の締め付け手段を緩める工程と、
前記舵軸(1)が前記舵要素(6)から外側に押し出されるように、前記密閉可能な供給路(17)を通じて、前記舵軸の端部(15)と前記円錐凹部(21)の底部(14)との間のチャンバに圧力を作用させる工程と、を含むことを特徴とする方法。
