Description
本発明の一つの目的は、上記の問題を解決し又は少なくとも軽減する脈動発生装置を提供することにある。この目的は、本発明によれば特許請求の範囲の請求項1に記載した装置によって達成される。
における反射エネルギーに基いて調整される解決法で用いることができ、かかる反射エネルギーは削岩ストリングを介して削岩機に戻される。このような解決法の例はWO2006/126933特許明細書に示されている。

Claims (16)
- ツールに接続した削岩ストリング(202)にエネルギーを伝達する衝撃手段(201;301)を有し、エネルギー伝達により衝撃波を発生し、エネルギーを主として蓄積された弾性エネルギーで構成され、また衝撃手段(201;301)と削岩ストリング(202)との相互作用を制御する制御手段を有し、衝撃手段(201;301)と削岩ストリング(202)との相互作用を制御する制御手段がモータ(207;307)を備え、モータ(207;307)が、回転を通して、衝撃手段(201;301)に作用する少なくとも一つの駆動面(205)を加圧及び滅圧するための通路を交互に開放するように構成されているツールに衝撃波を誘起する脈動発生装置において、
モータ(207;307)の回転軸線が削岩ストリング(202)とほぼ同軸に配置されることを特徴とする脈動発生装置。 - モータ(207;307)が液体力及び/又は空気力で作動する作動手段によって回転されるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の脈動発生装置。
- モータ(207;307)が、衝撃手段(201;301)に作用する少なくとも一つの駆動面(205)に対して、装置(200;300)のツールに面した端部に近接して配置されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の脈動発生装置。
- エネルギー伝達において、衝撃手段(201;301)がツールの方向に僅かに動くことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の脈動発生装置。
- モータ(207;307)が、第1弁部分(216)を回転するように構成され、第2弁部分(219)に対する第1弁部分(216)の回転が、衝撃手段(201;301)に作用する少なくとも一つの駆動面(205)のそれぞれ加圧及び滅圧用の通路を交互に開放することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の脈動発生装置。
- モータ(207;307)が、削岩ストリング(202)及び/又は削岩ストリング構成要素の少なくとも一部を周囲で取巻いている中空軸(215)を回転するように構成され、中空軸(215)が、動作中に第1弁部分を回転するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の脈動発生装置。
- 第1弁部分が弁ディスク(216)で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の脈動発生装置。
- 第2弁部分(219)に対する第1弁部分(216)の回転が、衝撃手段(201;301)に作用する少なくとも一つの駆動面(205)のそれぞれ加圧及び滅圧用のほぼ軸線方向の通路を交互に開放することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の脈動発生装置。
- 脈動発生装置(200;300)が、衝撃手段(201;301)に向ってツールから離れる方向に作用する圧力室(206)を有し、モータ(207;307)が、回転によって、圧力室(206)のそれぞれ加圧及び滅圧用の通路を交互に開閉するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の脈動発生装置。
- モータ(207;307)が、軸方向ピストンモータ(207;307)によって構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の脈動発生装置。
- 脈動発生装置(200;300)が、圧力室(206)における圧力の降下の過程を調整する制御手段を有することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の脈動発生装置。
- さらに、第1弁部分(216)に加圧流体を伝達する圧力伝達部材(214;314)を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の脈動発生装置。
- 圧力伝達部材(214;314)が周囲のハウジングに対して回転方向にロックされることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の脈動発生装置。
- 圧力伝達部材(214;314)が周囲のハウジングに対して軸線方向に可動であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の脈動発生装置。
- 蓄積した弾性エネルギーが、主として、衝撃手段(201;301)及び/又はエネルギー蓄積装置(204)に蓄積された弾性エネルギーで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の脈動発生装置。
- 請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の装置(200;300)を有することを特徴とする削岩装置。
