Description
前述したような穿孔機は、ビット付きロッドの端部側に設けられたハンマーに空圧または油圧を供給すべきなので、穿孔の深さが深くなることによって相対的に構造が複雑になる。
本発明の他の目的は、衝撃力を提供するハンマーガイドと、これを回転させるための駆動部との間に、摩擦熱が発生して固着されることを根本的に防止できるバイブレーションハンマーを提供するところにある。
前記メイン本体に設けられて前記ピストンと共に昇降されるハンマーガイドを正逆転させる回転ユニットと、を含んでなることを特徴とする。
本発明に係るバイブレーションハンマーは、機械本体によって垂設されたリーダによってガイドされ、穿孔のためのビット付きロッドと連結され、ロッドに衝撃力と回転力を提供するものであって、その一実施形態を図1から図3に示した。
Claims (2)
- メイン本体と、
前記メイン本体に設けられた油圧コントロールバルブユニットによって昇降自在に設けられるピストンハウジングと、該ピストンハウジングと同軸上に前記メイン本体に摺動自在に設けられるハンマーガイドと、前記ピストンハウジングとハンマーガイドに両端部が固定され、前記ピストンハウジングの昇降方向に対して所定の角度で弾性変形可能なピストンとを備えた打撃ユニットと、
前記メイン本体に設けられて前記ピストンと共に昇降するハンマーガイドを正逆転させる回転ユニットと、を含み、
前記回転ユニットは、前記ハンマーガイドとスプライン結合され油圧モータによって正逆転されるメインギアと、前記ハンマーガイドとメインギアのスプライン結合部に設けられてハンマーガイドとメインギアとの摩擦熱による固着を防止する摩擦力減少手段と、を備えてなり、
前記摩擦力減少手段は、前記ハンマーガイドとメインギアの少なくとも一側のスプラインが長手方向に分割されてなされた単位スプラインと、該単位スプラインの間に形成されたボールガイダーと、単位スプラインと結合される両側のスプラインによって形成されたボールガイド部に設けられるローリングボールと、を備えてなることを特徴とするバイブレーションハンマー。 - 前記ピストンハウジングとハンマーガイドにより保持されたピストンの両端部の間の弾性変形部は前記ピストンハウジング及びハンマーガイドの中空部の直径より小さく形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバイブレーションハンマー。
