Abstract
Description

Claims (20)
- インプラントの分離を検出するためのシステムであって、
押込器によって管腔を通して前進させられるインプラントと、
該インプラントを該押込器に接続するコネクタと、
該コネクタに該インプラントを解放させるように配置されるヒータであって、該ヒータの拡張状態から収縮状態への状態における変化を伝達するインジケータと電気的に連絡している、ヒータと、
該ヒータが該コネクタに該インプラントを解放させるまで、拡張状態に該ヒータを保持するように配設される拡張器と
を備える、システム。 - 前記ヒータの寸法は、前記収縮状態における寸法に比べて、前記拡張状態においてより大きい、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ヒータは、前記収縮状態における抵抗に比べて、前記拡張状態においてより高い抵抗を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記押込器は、導電性である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ヒータは、該ヒータが収縮状態にあるときに、前記押込器に物理的に接触する、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記ヒータは、抵抗型ヒータである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ヒータの隣接部分は、前記拡張状態において、相互から離れた状態に維持される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ヒータは、前記拡張状態の抵抗に比べて、前記収縮状態においてより高い抵抗を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ヒータは、前記拡張状態において導電性カラーの内面に接触する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記拡張器は、該拡張器が加熱されると、物理的形態を変化させる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記拡張器の体積は、該拡張器が加熱されると、減少する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記拡張器は、ポリマーである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 血管部位におけるインプラントの分離を検出するための方法であって、
分離機構を有する送達デバイスを使用して、標的部位にインプラントを送達するステップと、
該送達デバイスからの該インプラントの分離を引き起こすように、該分離機構に電気を送るステップと、
該インプラントが分離されていることを示すために、該電気の特性の変化を監視するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記分離機構に電気を送る前記ステップは、ヒータに該電気を送ることを含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記分離機構に電気を送る前記ステップは、抵抗型ヒータに該電気を送ることを含む、請求項13に記載の方法。

ヒューマンインターフェースを使用して、該送達デバイスからの該インプラントの分離を表示するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記分離機構の特性の変化を同定することによって、前記インプラントが前記送達デバイスから分離されたときを決定する前記ステップは、前記分離デバイスを組み込む電気回路の特性を監視することを含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
