Abstract

本发明公开了一种弹簧圈推杆装置,用于脑血管疾病治疗装置技术领域,包括推杆和通过熔断体连接在推杆远端的弹簧圈,所述熔断体的两端分别连接正极线和负极线,所述正极线和负极线沿推杆设置,并分别在推杆的近端形成正极触点和负极触点。本发明可以在不动开颅手术的情况下利用微创介入手术通过血管内部送人脑溢血处堵住脑溢血出血部位,然后弹簧圈可以通过电解脱原理释放,并会堵住脑血管破裂的地方,从而达到治病救人的目的。

技术领域
本发明用于脑血管疾病治疗装置技术领域,特别是涉及一种弹簧圈推杆装置。
背景技术
脑出血是指非外伤性脑实质内血管破裂引起的出血,发生原因主要与脑血管的病变有关,即与高血脂,糖尿病,高血压,血管的老化等有关。脑出血后传统治疗是用药物,但药物止血较慢,出现凝血后,开颅手术,往往会留下瘫痪,失语等后遗证。现在当脑溢血发生时,用推杆把弹簧圈通过微创手术从血管内部送人脑溢血处,利用弹簧圈把向外流的血堵住。不再开颅。
截止目前未见有用于脑血管破裂的产品出现。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种弹簧圈推杆装置,其可以在不动开颅手术的情况下利用微创介入手术通过血管内部送人脑溢血处堵住脑溢血出血部位,达到治病救人的目的。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种弹簧圈推杆装置,包括推杆和通过熔断体连接在推杆远端的弹簧圈,所述熔断体的两端分别连接正极线和负极线,所述正极线和负极线沿推杆设置,并分别在推杆的近端形成正极触点和负极触点。
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,还包括外加电源装置,所述外加电源装置包括电源和可控制电源的两极分别与正极触点和负极触点导通的开关。
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,所述外加电源装置包括手持体,所述电源和开关均设置于所述手持体上,所述手持体上设有供推杆的近端嵌入其中的槽孔,所述电源在槽孔的内壁上设有与电源的正极连接且可与所述正极触点配合的正极电源触点和与电源的负极连接且可与所述负极触点配合的负极电源触点。
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,所述推杆的远端设有显影环。
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,所述显影环为金属环。
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,所述推杆采用不锈钢丝制作,所述弹簧圈为金属弹簧圈。
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,所述正极线和负极线粘在推杆上。
本发明的有益效果:本发明可用于治疗脑血管破裂,脑血管破裂也就是脑溢血,这种弹簧圈推杆装置将从血管里面进去,弹簧圈会堵住脑血管破裂的地方。这种弹簧圈推杆装置是做成一体的,弹簧圈利用可以通过电解脱原理释放,弹簧圈在释放过程中通电将和血液发生电化学反应,使得弹簧圈周围产生凝血更有效堵住脑血管破裂地方。弹簧圈是通过熔断体通电后释放的,熔断体两端用两个导线——正极线和负极线,可以在需要时通电释放弹簧圈,弹簧圈会留在脑溢血出,一个手术可以放几个弹簧圈,最后推杆会被拉出来。本发明可以在不动开颅手术的情况下利用微创介入手术通过血管内部送人脑溢血处堵住脑溢血出血部位,达到治病救人的目的。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图2,其显示出了本发明之较佳实施例的具体结构。以下将详细说明本发明各部件的结构特点,而如果有描述到方向( 上、下、左、右、前及后) 时,是以图1所示的结构为参考描述,但本发明的实际使用方向并不局限于此。
参见图1,本发明提供了一种弹簧圈推杆装置,包括推杆1和通过熔断体2连接在推杆1远端的弹簧圈3,所述熔断体2的两端分别连接正极线4和负极线5,所述正极线4和负极线5沿推杆1设置,并分别在推杆1的近端形成正极触点41和负极触点51。本发明可用于治疗脑血管破裂,脑血管破裂也就是脑溢血,这种弹簧圈推杆装置将从血管里面进去,具体的,这个输送装置可滑动地套入一个鞘管里,鞘管在手术中和微导管对接,弹簧圈和推杆进入到微导管。通过微导管进入脑溢血部位,当弹簧圈3进入脑溢血处后,将熔断体2通电熔断,弹簧圈3会被迫和推杆1脱开,弹簧圈3会堵住脑血管破裂的地方。这种弹簧圈推杆装置是做成一体的,定位准,弹簧圈3利用可以通过电解脱原理释放,同时,弹簧圈3在释放过程中通电将和血液发生电化学反应,使得弹簧圈3周围产生凝血更有效堵住脑血管破裂地方。弹簧圈3是通过熔断体2通电后释放的,熔断体2两端用两个导线——正极线4和负极线5,可以在需要时通电释放弹簧圈3,使弹簧圈3和推杆1分离,弹簧圈3会留在脑溢血出,一个手术可以放几个弹簧圈3,最后推杆1会被拉出来。本发明可以在不动开颅手术的情况下利用微创介入手术通过血管内部送人脑溢血处堵住脑溢血出血部位,达到治病救人的目的。
为了方便对熔断体进行通电,本发明还包括外加电源装置,所述外加电源装置包括电源6和可控制电源6的两极分别与正极触点41和负极触点51导通的开关7。具体的,参见图2,所述外加电源装置包括手持体8,所述电源6和开关7均设置于所述手持体8上,所述手持体8上设有供推杆1的近端嵌入其中的槽孔81,所述电源6在槽孔81的内壁上设有与电源6的正极连接且可与所述正极触点41配合的正极电源触点61和与电源6的负极连接且可与所述负极触点51配合的负极电源触点62。外加电源装置通过开关7,可以在需要时通电释放弹簧圈3。
所述推杆1的远端设有显影环,所述显影环为金属环,优选为金、银材质。所述推杆1采用不锈钢丝制作,推杆1表层可设置涂层,以减小输送过程对血管壁的刺激及损伤。所述弹簧圈3为金属弹簧圈,金属材料可以在X-线下显影,以便在操作过程中随时可见弹簧圈3位置。
当然,本发明创造并不局限于上述实施方式,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可作出等同变形或替换,这些等同的变型或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。

Claims (7)

1.一种弹簧圈推杆装置,其特征在于:包括推杆和通过熔断体连接在推杆远端的弹簧圈,所述熔断体的两端分别连接正极线和负极线,所述正极线和负极线沿推杆设置,并分别在推杆的近端形成正极触点和负极触点。
2.根据权利要求1所述的弹簧圈推杆装置,其特征在于:还包括外加电源装置,所述外加电源装置包括电源和可控制电源的两极分别与正极触点和负极触点导通的开关。
3.根据权利要求2所述的弹簧圈推杆装置,其特征在于:所述外加电源装置包括手持体,所述电源和开关均设置于所述手持体上,所述手持体上设有供推杆的近端嵌入其中的槽孔,所述电源在槽孔的内壁上设有与电源的正极连接且可与所述正极触点配合的正极电源触点和与电源的负极连接且可与所述负极触点配合的负极电源触点。
4.根据权利要求1所述的弹簧圈推杆装置,其特征在于:所述推杆的远端设有显影环。
5.根据权利要求4所述的弹簧圈推杆装置,其特征在于:所述显影环为金属环。
6.根据权利要求1所述的弹簧圈推杆装置,其特征在于:所述推杆采用不锈钢丝制作,所述弹簧圈为金属弹簧圈。
7.根据权利要求1所述的弹簧圈推杆装置,其特征在于:所述正极线和负极线粘在推杆上。
