本发明公开一种用来解脱栓塞材料的多点电解脱系统,所述系统包括弹簧圈和弹簧圈输送系统,所述弹簧圈包括多个首尾相连的小弹簧圈以及连接小弹簧圈的解脱点,所述弹簧圈输送系统包括输送导丝以及微导管,输送导丝置于微导管的内部,输送导丝前端通过最后一个解脱点连接弹簧圈尾端,并且微导管的前端设有通电丝,微导管壁上设有微导线,微导线与通电丝相连。本发明通过在弹簧圈上设置不同解脱点,当动脉瘤栓塞满意后在就近点解脱点解脱,替代既往多枚弹簧圈植入方法,可以缩短手术时间,降低患者手术费用。

一种用来解脱栓塞材料的多点电解脱系统
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体是一种用来解脱栓塞材料的多点电解脱系统及解脱方法,是在颅内动脉瘤介入治疗的栓塞过程中,用来解脱栓塞材料的多点电解脱系统,原理是通过配套的微导管向动脉瘤内输送弹簧圈介入栓塞材料,根据长度在弹簧圈上设置不同解脱点,当术中显示动脉瘤填塞满意后,在就近解脱点解脱。
背景技术
大宗的尸检或血管造影研究结果显示,颅内动脉瘤在整个人群中的发生率高达2%-4%。颅内动脉瘤一旦破裂出血其死亡率和致残率较高,若发生两次出血,死亡率高达60%-80%,该病严重威胁人类的生命健康。因此,探索更加安全、有效、经济、实用的治疗颅内动脉瘤的方法也成为这一领域的重点研究内容。
1991年Guglielmi等发明了电解脱弹簧圈(Guglielmi Detachable Coil,GDC)栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤。通过近20多年的飞速发展,颅内动脉瘤的介入治疗已经发展为以金属弹簧圈材料为主,辅以其它液体栓塞材料、编织栓塞球(WEB,Sequent Medical,AlisoViejo,California)、血流导向支架及覆膜支架等多种介入治疗方法。目前,微创介入方法治疗颅内动脉瘤动脉瘤在我国地市级医院已经全面开展起来。但这种弹簧圈栓塞材料费用高昂,我国目前应用仍以进口材料为主,平均每例动脉瘤需要弹簧圈5-7枚,介入治疗费用在10万元以上,是传统开颅夹闭手术的2-3倍,给家庭和社会造成了沉重的经济负担。
目前市场上应用的介入栓塞颅内动脉瘤的弹簧圈只有一个解脱点,实际临床应用使用过程需要在颅内动脉瘤内置入多枚不同大小的弹簧圈。介入治疗颅内动脉瘤时电解脱弹簧圈通过微导管达到动脉瘤内,输送完毕要解脱时输送导丝尾部接电源正极,患者身体接电源负极,通电数十秒后弹簧圈从输送导丝上解脱,手术中需要填入多枚弹簧圈时重复以上步骤。申请者在对颅内动脉瘤介入治疗的研究中,通过比较市场上应用的介入栓塞颅内动脉瘤弹簧圈不同的解脱方法,发现多枚不同大小的弹簧圈通过解脱点连接,并配合微导管进行解脱的可行性。这种多点解脱的弹簧圈在治疗颅内动脉瘤过程中每枚动脉瘤只需要置入1-2枚弹簧圈即可达到治疗效果,替代既往多枚弹簧圈植入方法,可以缩短手术时间,降低患者手术费用。
发明内容
针对现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供一种用来解脱栓塞材料的多点电解脱系统及解脱方法,通过在弹簧圈上设置不同解脱点,当动脉瘤栓塞满意后在就近点解脱点解脱,替代既往多枚弹簧圈植入方法,可以缩短手术时间,降低患者手术费用。
为了解决所述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种用来解脱栓塞材料的多点电解脱系统,包括弹簧圈和弹簧圈输送系统,所述弹簧圈包括多个首尾相连的小弹簧圈以及连接弹簧圈的解脱点,多个小弹簧圈的形状不同,解脱点通电可断开处连接于各小弹簧圈之间;所述弹簧圈输送系统包括输送导丝以及微导管,输送导丝置于微导管的内部,输送导丝前端通过解脱点连接弹簧圈尾端,微导管前端向动脉瘤内翘曲,并且微导管的前端设有通电丝,微导管壁上设有微导线,微导线与通电丝相连。
本发明所述用来解脱栓塞材料的多点电解脱系统,弹簧圈包括2-6段小弹簧圈,每段弹簧圈的形状、长度不同。
本发明还公开了一种基于上述多点电解脱系统的解脱方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:S01、将带有通电丝的配套微导管放入载瘤动脉内并运送到动脉瘤处,使微导管翘曲的头部进入动脉瘤内,然后将弹簧圈连同输送导丝放入微导管内向前输送;S02、利用输送导丝将弹簧圈送入动脉瘤内,当大部分弹簧圈进入动脉瘤后,调整弹簧圈形状,使动脉瘤栓塞满意,然后在距离微导管头端最近的解脱点解脱;S03、解脱时,在微导管尾端通电,电流通过微导管壁上的微导线到达微导管头端,通过通电丝进入弹簧圈最近的解脱点,与插入人体的电源形成回路,使得该解脱点解脱。
本发明所述基于多点电解脱系统的解脱方法,当全部弹簧圈进入动脉瘤后,动脉瘤栓塞仍不满意,需要再植入一枚弹簧圈时,此时在弹簧圈末端最后一个解脱点解脱,解脱时在输送导丝尾端通电,电流通过输送导丝到达最后一个解脱点,与插入人体的负极形成回路,使得最后一个解脱点解脱。
本发明的有益效果:随着填塞弹簧圈成篮不断缩小,最后多个解脱点集中在动脉瘤和微导管内,直到动脉瘤填塞满意后选择最近解脱点进行解脱,可以提高动脉瘤栓塞率,减少并发症发生的风险。避免术中重复更换弹簧圈和输送导丝,缩短栓塞手术时间。大多数动脉瘤通过一枚长的弹簧圈就可以达到栓塞目的,避免传统栓塞方式中最后小的弹簧圈逃逸入载瘤动脉,减少载瘤动脉栓塞风险。减少传统弹簧圈和配套输送导丝的使用数量,从而降低医疗费用,减轻患者家庭和社会的经济负担。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
如图1所示,一种用来解脱颅内动脉瘤介入栓塞材料的多点电解脱系统,包括弹簧圈3和弹簧圈输送系统,所述弹簧圈3包括多个首尾相连的小弹簧圈以及连接小弹簧圈的解脱点4,多个小弹簧圈的形状不同,解脱点4连接于小弹簧圈之间,并且解脱点4通电可断开;所述弹簧圈输送系统包括输送导丝5以及微导管6,输送导丝5置于微导管6的内部,输送导丝5前端通过解脱点4连接弹簧圈3尾端,微导管6前端向动脉瘤内翘曲,并且微导管6的前端设有通电丝7,微导管6壁上设有微导线,微导线与通电丝7相连。
本实施例中,所述弹簧圈3由5段小弹簧圈组成,每段弹簧圈的形状、长度不同,弹簧圈之间通过解脱点4连接,最后一个小弹簧圈通过解脱点4连接输送导丝5的前端。所述输送导丝5由导电材料制成,在电解脱最后一个解脱点时,在输送导丝5尾端通电,电流通过金属输送导丝5到达最后一个解脱点4,与插入人体的负极形成回路,使得最后一个解脱点4解脱。
实施例2
本发明还公开了一种基于上述多点电解脱系统的解脱方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:S01、将带有通电丝7的配套微导管6放入载瘤动脉2内并输送到动脉瘤1处,使微导管6翘曲的头部进入动脉瘤1内;S02、利用输送导丝5将弹簧圈3送入动脉瘤1内,当大部分弹簧圈3进入动脉瘤1后,调整弹簧圈3形状,使动脉瘤栓塞满意,然后在距离微导管头端最近的解脱点解脱;S03、如图2所示,解脱时,在微导管6尾端通电,电流通过微导管6壁上的微导线到达微导管6头端,通过通电丝7进入弹簧圈最近的解脱点,与插入人体的电源形成回路,使得该解脱点解脱。
如图3所示,当全部弹簧圈3进入动脉瘤1后,动脉瘤栓塞仍不满意,需要再植入一枚弹簧圈3时,此时在弹簧圈3末端最后一个解脱点解脱,解脱时在输送导丝5尾端通电,电流通过输送导丝5到达最后一个解脱点,与插入人体的负极形成回路,使得最后一个解脱点解脱。

1.一种用来解脱栓塞材料的多点电解脱系统,其特征在于:
包括三维弹簧圈和三维弹簧圈输送系统,所述三维弹簧圈包括多个首尾相连的小弹簧圈以及连接小弹簧圈的解脱点,多个小弹簧圈的形状不同,解脱点通电可断开处连接于小弹簧圈之间;所述三维弹簧圈输送系统包括输送导丝以及微导管,输送导丝置于微导管的内部,输送导丝前端通过解脱点连接三维弹簧圈尾端,微导管前端翘曲,并且微导管的前端设有通电丝,微导管壁上设有微导线,微导线与通电丝相连,
在所述微导管的尾端通电,使通电产生的电流通过所述微导线达到所述通电丝,
以可选择在所述微导管的尾端通电,使电流通过所述通电丝进入并解脱所述三维弹簧圈最近的解脱点、或在所述输送导丝的尾端通电,使电流通过所述输送导丝到达并解脱最后一个解脱点的形式,设置所述多点电解脱系统。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用来解脱栓塞材料的多点电解脱系统,其特征在于:
整个三维弹簧圈包括2-6段小弹簧圈,每段小弹簧圈的形状、长度不同。
