Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- キーパッドを形成する方法であって、
ユーザー情報を入力するためのキーボタンのそれぞれの場所に位置する複数個のドーナツ形の凹部を有する基材と、
非圧縮性流体で充填された複数個のポリマー緩衝体と、
可撓性回路層と、
複数個の金属膜と、
複数個のプラスチック接着剤層と、
熱可塑性エラストマー層と、を提供する工程と、
緩衝体を前記複数個のドーナツ形の凹部のそれぞれに接着すること、
可撓性回路層を前記緩衝体の全ての上に配置すること、
前記複数個の金属膜を前記可撓性回路層に接着すること、及び
前記複数個のスイッチアセンブリを前記基材にスエージ加工することにより、複数個のスイッチアセンブリを形成する工程と、
前記熱可塑性エラストマー層を前記複数個のスイッチアセンブリ上にオーバーモールドしてキーパッドを形成する工程と、
前記非圧縮性流体を除去することにより前記緩衝体のそれぞれを収縮させ、それにより前記複数個の金属膜のそれぞれと前記可撓性回路層との間に空洞を形成する工程と、を含む、方法。 - 前記非圧縮性流体が、水である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- キーパッドであって、
ユーザー情報を入力するためのボタンのそれぞれの場所に位置する複数個のドーナツ形の凹部を有する基材と、
前記基材上に形成された複数個のスイッチアセンブリであって、
前記凹部内に接着された緩衝体と、
前記緩衝体上の可撓性回路層と、
前記可撓性回路層に接着された複数個の金属膜と、を含むスイッチアセンブリと、
前記複数個のスイッチアセンブリ上にオーバーモールドされた熱可塑性エラストマー層と、を含む、キーパッド。 - 前記熱可塑性エラストマーが、熱可塑性ウレタンである、請求項3に記載のキーパッド。
- 前記熱可塑性ウレタンが、TEXIN245である、請求項4に記載のキーパッド。
- 前記プラスチック層が、マイラーから形成される、請求項3に記載のキーパッド。
