Claims (20)
- モバイル通信環境において、
第1のモバイルコンピューティング機器において、前記第1のモバイルコンピューティング機器が定義された関係を有する第2のモバイルコンピューティング機器との近接度を検出するステップ(404、506)と、
前記近接度の検出に基づいて前記第1のモバイルコンピューティング機器における少なくとも1つの動作を変更するステップ(414、510)と
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの動作を変更する前記ステップは、ノンセルラー通信接続(112)を介して前記第1のモバイルコンピューティング機器から前記第2のモバイルコンピューティング機器へコンテンツを転送するステップ(414)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記近接度を検出する前記ステップは、前記第1のモバイルコンピューティング機器がノンセルラー通信接続を介して前記第2のモバイルコンピューティング機器に接続されているかどうかを判断するステップ(404)を含み、接続されている場合、前記少なくとも1つの動作を変更する前記ステップは、前記短距離ノンセルラー通信接続を介して前記第1のモバイルコンピューティング機器から前記第2のモバイルコンピューティング機器へコンテンツを転送するステップ(414)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの動作を変更する前記ステップは、前記第2のモバイルコンピューティング機器が近接度の閾値内にあること示すために前記第1のモバイルコンピューティング機器にて通知を出力するステップ(510)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のモバイルコンピューティング機器と前記第2のモバイルコンピューティング機器との間にBluetooth(登録商標)通信接続を確立するステップ(410)を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記近接度を検出する前記ステップ(404)は、前記第1のモバイルコンピューティング機器及び前記第2のモバイルコンピューティング機器が無線ローカルエリアネットワーク通信接続を共有していると判断するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記近接度を検出する前記ステップは、GPSデータから前記第1のモバイルコンピューティング機器が前記第2のモバイルコンピューティング機器から一定の距離内にあると判断するステップ(506)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記近接度を検出する前記ステップは、前記第2のモバイルコンピューティング機器が特定のセルラータワー(110)または特定のセルラータワーのセットの範囲内にあると判断するステップ(506)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- モバイル通信環境において、第1の携帯電話(102)が定義された関係を有する第2の携帯電話(104)との近接度を検出する近接度検出装置(106)と、前記近接度検出装置(106)に接続され、前記第2の携帯電話(104)との近接度が検出された場合に前記第1の携帯電話(102)の動作を変更する近接度ロジック(108)とを含む前記第1の携帯電話(102)を備えることを特徴とするシステム。
- 前記近接度検出装置(106)は、前記第1の携帯電話と前記第2の携帯電話との間のノンセルラー通信接続の状態を監視するモニタ(220)を備えることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記近接度検出装置(106)は、前記第2の携帯電話(105、305)から前記第1の携帯電話へ送られる位置データ(340)を監視する通信モジュール(330)を備えることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記位置データ(340)はGPSデータを備えることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記位置データ(340)はセルラータワーデータを備えることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記近接度ロジック(108)は、前記第1の携帯電話から前記第2の携帯電話へ送るコンテンツ(218)を配置するプロセスマネージャ(222)と、前記プロセスマネージャ(222)に接続され前記コンテンツを送る伝送モジュール(224)とを備えることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記近接度ロジック(108)は、前記近接度検出装置(106)で受け取った前記位置データ(340)から、前記第2の携帯電話(105、305)が前記第1の携帯電話の距離に関する近接度の閾値内にあるかどうかを計算するアクションコントローラ(334)と、前記アクションコントローラ(334)に接続され近接度通知を出力すべきかどうかを判断するステータスマネージャ(332)を備えることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 通信環境において、
第1の携帯電話にて、第2の携帯電話から近接度に関するデータを受け取るステップ(502)と、
前記第2の携帯電話が前記第1の携帯電話から閾値内の距離にあることを示すために前記第1の携帯電話に通知を出力すべきかどうかを判断するステップ(506)であって、前記近接度に関するデータを処理するステップを含むステップと、出力すべきと判断すれば、前記通知を出力するステップ(510)と、
前記近接度に関するデータから、前記第1の携帯電話から前記第2の携帯電話へコンテンツを伝送すべきかどうかを判断するステップ(408)と、伝送すべきと判断すれば、前記コンテンツを伝送するステップ(414)と
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記通知を出力すべきかどうかを判断する前記ステップは、通知機能がアクティブかどうかを判断するステップ(504)、または前記通知を出力する時間に達したかどうかを判断するステップ(508)、または通知機能がアクティブかどうかを判断する前記ステップ(504)と前記通知を出力する時間に達したかどうかを判断する前記ステップ(508)の両方をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記近接度に関するデータはGPSデータ(340)を備え、前記通知を出力すべきかどうかを判断する前記ステップは、前記第2の携帯電話が前記第1の携帯電話から前記閾値内の距離にあるかどうかを判断するために前記GPSデータを処理するステップ(506)を含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記近接度に関するデータはセルラータワー識別データ(340)を備え、前記通知を出力すべきかどうかを判断する前記ステップは、前記第2の携帯電話が前記第1の携帯電話が現在のセルラータワー内にあるかどうかを判断するステップ(506)を含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記近接度に関するデータはノンセルラー通信接続を備え、前記近接度に関するデータから前記コンテンツを伝送すべきかどうかを判断する前記ステップは、前記接続を検出するステップ(404、502)、または前記ノンセルラー通信接続を確立する能力を検出するステップと前記ノンセルラー通信接続を確立するステップとを含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。
