Claims (10)
- 重量%で、Cを0.25〜0.40%、Siを0.15〜0.40%、Mnを0.4〜1.0%、Alを0.001〜0.05%、Crを0.8〜1.2%、Moを0.15〜0.8%、Niを1.0%以下、Pを0.015%以下、Sを0.015%以下、Caを0.0005〜0.002%、Tiを0.005〜0.025%、およびBを0.0005〜0.0020%含み、かつ残部がFe及び不可避不純物である、深絞り用鋼材。
- 前記鋼材は、その微細組織が10〜40%のフェライト、10〜40%のベイナイト及び20〜80%のマルテンサイトを含む3相構造であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の深絞り用鋼材。
- 前記鋼材は、球状化熱処理及び深絞り処理後も、1200MPa以上の引張強度、及び−50℃において37ジュール以上の低温衝撃靭性を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の深絞り用鋼材。
- 深絞り用の前記鋼材は、前記球状化熱処理後の表面軟化層が1mm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の深絞り用鋼材。
- 重量%で、Cを0.25〜0.40%、Siを0.15〜0.40%、Mnを0.4〜1.0%、Alを0.001〜0.05%、Crを0.8〜1.2%、Moを0.15〜0.8%、Niを1.0%以下、Pを0.015%以下、Sを0.015%以下、Caを0.0005〜0.002%、Tiを0.005〜0.025%、およびBを0.0005〜0.0020%含み、かつ残部にFe及び不可避不純物を含む鋼塊を、1000〜1250℃で加熱するステップ(再加熱操作)と、
再加熱した前記鋼塊を750〜1000℃の圧延終了温度で圧延するステップ(圧延操作)と、
前記圧延した鋼塊を、その微細組織をフェライト、ベイナイト及びマルテンサイトの3相構造を形成するように焼きならしするステップ(焼きならし操作)と、
を含むことを特徴とする、深絞り用鋼材の製造方法。 - 前記焼きならし操作は、前記鋼材の微細組織が10〜40%のフェライト、10〜40%のベイナイト及び20〜80%のマルテンサイトを含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の深絞り用鋼材の製造方法。
- 前記焼きならしした鋼材を、Ac1〜Ac3の温度で少なくとも30分間維持する球状化熱処理ステップ(球状化熱処理操作)と、
前記熱処理した鋼材を深絞りするステップ(容器製造操作)
とをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の深絞り用鋼材の製造方法。 - 前記球状化熱処理後、前記鋼材の表面に発生する軟化層の深さが1mm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の深絞り用鋼材の製造方法。
- 850〜950℃で1.9t+5分〜1.9t+30分間維持した後に焼入れするステップ(焼入れ操作)と、
550〜625℃で焼戻しするステップ(焼戻し操作)
とをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の深絞り用鋼材の製造方法。 - 前記焼入れ操作及び焼戻し操作の後、前記鋼材が1200MPa以上の引張強度、及び−50℃において37ジュール以上の低温衝撃靭性を有することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の深絞り用鋼材の製造方法。
