Claims (10)
- 好ましくは高分子プラスチックから成るフレキシブル基板(10)と前記基板(10)上に被着されて太陽エネルギーを電気エネルギーに変換する少なくとも1つの光起電力層(26)とを有する太陽電池(1)において、
前記基板(10)は、面ファスナー要素(12)を一体不可分に有し、当該面ファスナー要素によって、前記基板(10)ひいては前記太陽電池(1)が工具なしにキャリア手段(20)に取付可能であることを特徴とする太陽電池。 - 前記面ファスナー要素(12)は、前記光起電力層(26)を担持する前記基板(10)と一体に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の太陽電池(1)。
- 前記基板(10)は、少なくとも1つの取付面に、好ましくは全面にわたって、多数の前記面ファスナー要素(12)を、cm2当り面ファスナー要素100個以上の密度、特にcm2当り面ファスナー要素2500個以上の密度で有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至2のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池(1)。
- 前記基板(10)は、少なくとも1つの取付面に、好ましくは全面にわたって、多数の前記面ファスナー要素(12)をcm2当り面ファスナー要素10000個以上、特にcm2当り面ファスナー要素40000個以上、好ましくはcm2当り面ファスナー要素250000個以上の密度で有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池(1)。
- 前記面ファスナー要素(12)の少なくとも一部は、前記基板(10)から離間して取付区域を有し、
前記取付区域は、前記太陽電池(1)に作用する重力及び/又は手で加えることのできる押付力の結果として、発生する粘着力が前記太陽電池(1)を前記キャリア手段(20)に取り付けるのに十分となるように、前記キャリア手段(20)に対して平面的に当接可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池(1)。 - 前記面ファスナー要素(12)は、前記基板(10)から離間して配置され、前記面ファスナー要素(12)の弾性率よりも小さな弾性率の材料による被覆を有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池(1)。
- 前記面ファスナー要素(12)の少なくとも一部は、導電性であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池(1)。
- 前記面ファスナー要素(12)の少なくとも一部は、それらの表面の少なくとも一区域に導電性材料による被覆を有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池(1)。
- 前記基板(10)は、前記面ファスナー要素(12)を有するその側面が印刷されており、特に導電性材料又は半導体材料で印刷されていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池(1)。
- 前記基板(10)は、前記面ファスナー要素(12)を有するその側面が印刷して構造化されており、好ましくはインクジェット印刷法で印刷されており、特に導電性材料又は半導体材料で印刷されていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池(1)。
