Claims (10)
- スラスト軸受け(10)において、正面(22)および背面(26)にそれぞれ単数または複数のセグメント(18)を備えており、該セグメント(18)は、反対側に位置する面(22,26)で、相互に少なくとも部分的にずらして配置されていることを特徴とする、スラスト軸受け。
- セグメント(18)は、スラスト軸受け(10)の、少なくとも部分的にまたは完全にスラスト軸受け(10)の貫通開口(12)を中心に環状に配置されたセグメント区分(14)に配置されている、請求項1記載のスラスト軸受け。
- セグメント(18)の全てまたは少なくとも一部は、完全に相互にずらして反対側に位置する面(22、26)に配置されており、反対側に位置するセグメント(18)は、端部(19)で、相互に直に画設する、請求項1または2記載のスラスト軸受け。
- セグメント(18)の全てまたは少なくとも一部は、部分的に相互にずらして反対側に位置する面(22,26)に配置されており、反対側に位置するセグメント(18)は、一方および/または両方の端部(19)で、部分的に相互に重畳する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のスラスト軸受け。
- セグメント(18)の全てまたは少なくとも一部は、相互に完全にずらして反対側に位置する面(22,26)に配置されており、反対側に位置するセグメント(18)の端部(19)の間にギャップが形成されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のスラスト軸受け。
- 貫通開口(12)が、スラスト軸受け(10)の正面(22)および/または背面(26)に内側フランジ(28)を備えており、該内側フランジ(28)は、セグメント区分(14)から貫通開口(12)に向かう潤滑油の通過を少なくとも抑制する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のスラスト軸受け。
- 当該スラスト軸受けは、正面(22)および/または背面(26)に油溜め(20)を備えており、油溜め(20)は、通路を介して、正面(22)および背面(26)でセグメント区分(14)と接続されており、たとえば溝(24)を介して接続されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のスラスト軸受け。
- セグメント(18)は、たとえば押込加工によって製作されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のスラスト軸受け。
- 当該スラスト軸受けは、たとえばターボチャージャ用のスラスト軸受けとして設けられている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のスラスト軸受け。
- 請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の少なくとも1つのスラスト軸受けを備えたターボチャージャ。
