Claims (20)
- 連結部によって直列に連結される複数の渦巻きを有する内部負荷軸受部材であって、該連結部が隣接渦巻き間に隙間を画定し、該隙間が所定の厚みと形状を有するような、内部負荷軸受部材と、
連結部によって直列に連結される複数の渦巻きを有する少なくとも1つの外部負荷軸受部材であって、該連結部が隣接渦巻き間に隙間を画定し、各渦巻きが前記内部軸受部材の相補空間によって受容されるようになっており、内部軸受部材と外部軸受部材の間に隙間を残しつつ、内部負荷軸受部材と噛み合うようになった、外部負荷軸受部材と、
前記隙間を前記内部及び外部負荷軸受部材間に維持するための手段とを備える、小型非接触負荷軸受装置。 - 前記内部及び外部負荷軸受部材が、相互に噛み合う関係で係合される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記内部及び外部負荷軸受部材間の隙間が、約10−2メートルから約10−12メートルの間隔である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記内部及び/または外部負荷軸受部材が、約2から約106の渦巻きからなる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記内部及び/または外部負荷軸受要素が、約10−2メートルから約10−12メートルの厚さを有する渦巻きからなる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 隙間を維持する手段が静力学流体、流体力学流体、電子流動学的流体、磁気流動学的流体、電気流体、磁気流体の1つ以上からなる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記内部及び外部負荷軸受部材が、相互に噛み合う関係で噛み合い可能な複数の環状指からなる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記内部及び外部負荷軸受部材が、相互に噛み合う関係で噛み合い可能な複数の平面指の1つ以上からなる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記内部負荷軸受要素が送りねじからなり、前記外部負荷軸受要素が送りねじを受容する雌ねじからなる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記内部負荷軸受要素と外部負荷軸受要素が、有機ポリマ、セラミクス、グラファイト、シリケート、ホウ酸塩、銅、真ちゅう、青銅、アルミニウム、金、鉄の何れか1つ以上或いは、その組み合わせからなる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 内部及び/または外部負荷軸受要素が多孔性材料からなる、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、ラジアル軸受、スラスト軸受、静圧軸受、流体力学軸受、無摩擦軸受、減衰装置、機械的連結装置、クラッチ、送りねじ、直線運動装置の1つ以上からなる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、静力学流体、流体力学流体、電子流動学的流体、磁気流動学的流体、電気流体、磁気流体の1つ以上を用いて、前記隙間を前記内部及び外部軸受部材間に維持するようにされた、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 流体が、内外軸受部材面間の隙間をほぼ満たし、該流体が電子流動学的流体と磁気流動学的流体の1つ以上から選択される、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記内部軸受部材及び/または前記外部軸受部材と電子制御連絡し、所定のプログラムに従って電界及び/または磁界の強さと方位を制御するようになった制御装置をさらに備える、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記結合部分が、渦巻きが所定の形態に従って延びる軸受部材の部分からなり、該結合部分が、指に連続している、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記結合部分が、直線的に、斜めに或いは所定の形態に従って整合する複数の結合部分からなる、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、各内部及び外部軸受部材の渦巻き上に負荷を分配するようになっている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 内外軸受要素が相互に直線的に動かし、所定の軸の周りに一体的に回転するようになっている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、並列または直列に配置され、または、一部並列、一部直列に配置されている、請求項1に記載の装置の組み合わせ。
