Claims (14)
- 隣接するタービン部品(14、16)間の流体漏れ間隙(12)をシールするためのバネ負荷式シール・アセンブリ(10)であって、
隣接する固定タービン部品(14、16)によって画定される一対の対向するシール溝(22、24)内で延びるタービン・シール(18)であって、前記タービン部品(14、16)間に画定された流体漏れ間隙(12)をシールするように構成されたタービン・シール(18)と、
前記タービン・シール(18)を前記シール溝(22、24)の各々の一部分とシール嵌合状態に保つように構成されたバネ部材(20)であって、該バネ部材(20)の少なくとも一部分が、前記タービン部品(14、16)の少なくとも一方に画定された少なくとも1つのバネ溝(36)内に収まり、前記少なくとも1つのバネ溝(36)が前記シール溝(22、24)から離間している、バネ部材(20)と
を含むバネ負荷式シール・アセンブリ(10)。 - 前記バネ部材(20)がその長さに沿って弓形に曲がっている、請求項1に記載のバネ負荷式シール・アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記バネ部材(20)が、前記タービン・シール(18)を前記タービン部品(14、16)とシール嵌合状態に保つように、前記シール溝(22、24)の各々の前記部分に対して弓形に曲がっている、請求項2に記載のバネ負荷式シール・アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記バネ部材(20)が、前記タービン・シール(18)の長さに沿って複数の離間した箇所で前記タービン・シール(18)と接触する、請求項1に記載のバネ負荷式シール・アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記バネ部材(20)が、前記タービン・シール(18)の長さに沿って長手方向に延びる、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のバネ負荷式シール・アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記バネ部材(20)が板バネとして構成される、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のバネ負荷式シール・アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記バネ部材(20)が、前記シール溝(22、24)のいずれの部分とも接触しない、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のバネ負荷式シール・アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記バネ部材(20)の少なくとも一部分が、前記タービン部品(14、16)によって画定される一対の対向するバネ溝(36)内に収まる、請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のバネ負荷式シール・アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記バネ部材(20)が、該バネ部材(20)の長さに沿って離間した複数の突出部(38)を含んでおり、前記複数の突出部(38)の各々が前記バネ溝(36)内に収まるように構成されている、請求項8に記載のバネ負荷式シール・アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記バネ部材(20)が、第1の端部(32)と、第2の端部(34)と、前記第1の端部(20)から外側に延びる突出部(38)とを含んでおり、前記突出部(38)が前記バネ溝(36)内に収まるように構成されている、請求項8に記載のバネ負荷式シール・アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記突出部(38)が、前記バネ溝(36)内にスライド可能に収まるように構成されている、請求項10に記載のバネ負荷式シール・アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記突出部(38)が、前記バネ部材(20)において前記タービン部品(14、16)と接触する唯一の部分である、請求項10又は請求項11に記載のバネ負荷式シール・アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記第2の端部(34)が、前記タービン・シール(18)を前記シール溝(22、24)の各々の前記部分とシール嵌合状態に保つように前記バネ部材(20)がその長さに沿って弓形に曲がることができる位置に配置される、請求項10乃至請求項12のいずれか1項に記載のバネ負荷式シール・アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記バネ部材(20)の前記第2の端部(34)は、前記タービン・シール(18)を第3のタービン部品(42)に取り付けるように構成されたブラケット(40)に実質的に隣接して配置される、請求項13に記載のバネ負荷式シール・アセンブリ(10)。
