Abstract
【解決手段】DPF再生時にEGR装置123のEGR開度を制御する再生時開度制御部173を備えた。例えば、あらかじめエンジン回転数とエンジン101における燃料噴射量とに応じてDPF再生時におけるEGR装置123の最適なEGR開度が設定された再生時開度マップ172を備え、再生時開度制御部173は、再生時開度マップ172をエンジン回転数とエンジン101における燃料噴射量とで参照してEGR装置123のEGR開度を制御して排気再循環を行う。

Claims (3)
- エンジンの排気管に設置されて粒子状物質を捕集するディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタと、
前記エンジンの排気マニホールドから吸気マニホールドへ開度に応じて排気ガスを循環させる排気再循環装置と、
前記排気再循環装置よりも下流で前記ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタより上流の排気管に設置されて、前記ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタの再生時に前記排気管内に燃料を噴射する排気管インジェクタと、
前記再生時に前記排気再循環装置の開度を制御して排気再循環を行う再生時開度制御部とを備えたことを特徴とする排気管噴射制御装置。 - あらかじめエンジン回転数と前記エンジンにおける燃料噴射量とに応じて前記再生時における前記排気再循環装置の開度が設定された再生時開度マップを備え、
前記再生時開度制御部は、前記再生時開度マップをエンジン回転数と前記エンジンにおける燃料噴射量とで参照して前記排気再循環装置の開度を制御することを特徴とする請求項1記載の排気管噴射制御装置。 - 前記再生時開度マップは、開度が全閉となる領域を有することを特徴とする請求項2記載の排気管噴射制御装置。
