Abstract
【解決手段】不織布シートの下面にPEシート又はPPシートを積層し、前記不織布シートの上面には全面印刷を施し、さらに該印刷面の上面に導電性塗料を塗布し、前記PEシート又はPPシートの底面には帯電防止シートを積層したことを特徴とする帯電防止シート状物。

Description
不織布シート10は、不織布シートロール110から巻き戻されてプロセスに供給される。一方、PEシート又はPPシート20は、PEシートロール又はPPシートロール120から巻き戻されてプロセスに供給される。PEシート又はPPシート20の表面に対しては、接着剤塗布ロール130により接着剤70が塗布される。その後に、不織布シート10とPEシート又はPPシート20は積層ロール140に導き入れられて、加圧接着され積層される。その後に、積層シート60は印刷ロール150に導き入れられて、積層シート60の不織布シート10側の面が全面印刷(インク槽35)され、全面印刷面30が形成される。その後に、不織布シート10側が全面印刷された積層シート60は、裁断ロール160に導かれて、所定形状に裁断される。
第1の実施例と同様に、不織布シート10は、不織布シートロール110から巻き戻されてプロセスに供給される。一方、PEシート又はPPシート20は、PEシートロール又はPPシートロール120から巻き戻されてプロセスに供給される。PEシート又はPPシート20の表面に対しては、接着剤塗布ロール130により接着剤70が塗布される。その後に、不織布シート10とPEシート又はPPシート20は積層ロール140に導き入れられて、加圧接着され積層される。その後に、積層シート60は印刷ロール150に導き入れられて、積層シート60の不織布シート10側の面が全面印刷(インク槽35)され、全面印刷面30が形成される。その後に、不織布シート10側が全面印刷された積層シート60は、導電性塗料塗布ロール155に導き入れられて、全面印刷された面に対して導電性塗料(導電性塗料槽45)が塗布されて、導電性塗料塗布面40が形成される。その後、積層シート60は裁断ロール160に導かれて、所定形状に裁断される。
第1及び第2の実施例と同様に、不織布シート10は、不織布シートロール110から巻き戻されてプロセスに供給される。一方、帯電防止積層PEシート80は帯電防止積層PEシートロール180から巻き戻されてプロセスに供給される。帯電防止積層PEシート80の表面に対しては、接着剤塗布ロール130により接着剤70が塗布される。その後に、不織布シート10と帯電防止積層PEシート80は積層ロール140に導き入れられて、加圧接着され積層される。その後に、積層シート60は印刷ロール150に導き入れられて、積層シート60の不織布シート10側の面が全面印刷(インク槽35)され、全面印刷面30が形成される。その後に、不織布シート10側が全面印刷された積層シート60は、導電性塗料塗布ロール155に導き入れられて、全面印刷された面に対して導電性塗料(導電性塗料槽45)が塗布されて、導電性塗料塗布面40が形成される。その後、積層シート60は裁断ロール160に導かれて、所定形状に裁断される。

(1)不織布/PEラミネート材料は、帯電が殆どないことが分った。
(2)不織布/PEラミネート材料の不織布面に帯電防止剤をベタ印刷の手法で塗った場合には、裏面のPE面にも効果があることが分った。
(3)不織布/PEラミネート材料に、PE・ナイロン等の帯電し蓄電しやすい材料を付着させると除電効果があり、不織布面に帯電防止剤をベタ印刷の手法で塗るとより効果の高いことが分った。
(4)このように、不織布に帯電防止剤のベタ印刷をし、帯電防止のPEラミネート材料を使用する第3の実施例は極めて高い帯電防止効果と除電効果が確実に達成できるものである。

- 不織布シートの底面にポリエチレンシート又はポリプロピレンシートを積層され、さらに前記不織布シートの上面には全面印刷を施されたことを特徴とするシート状物。
- 不織布シートの底面にポリエチレンシート又はポリプロピレンシートを積層され、前記不織布シートの上面には全面印刷を施され、さらに該印刷面の上面に導電性塗料を塗布されたことを特徴とする帯電防止シート状物。
- 不織布シートの下面にポリエチレンシート又はポリプロピレンシートを積層され、前記不織布シートの上面には全面印刷を施され、さらに該印刷面の上面に導電性塗料を塗布され、前記ポリエチレンシート又はポリプロピレンシートの底面には帯電防止シートを積層されたことを特徴とする帯電防止シート状物。
