Abstract

Claims (15)
- 少なくとも1つの列の紫外線LEDを備えた硬化組立体であって、
前記列を部分的に包囲する長尺反射面を有し、開口部を備え、基板上の被覆を硬化するために前記開口部から照射される放射線を受ける位置に支持された基板に向かって放射線を照射する反射部と、
前記列と前記開口部との間のレンズと
を備えることを特徴とする紫外線LED硬化組立体。 - 前記反射面は2つの焦点を備え、前記列は一方の焦点に配置され、他方の焦点で前記基板を支持する位置となることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の紫外線LED硬化組立体。
- 前記反射面とレンズとは、前記基板を支持する位置にある共通の焦点を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の紫外線LED硬化組立体。
- 前記反射面は、前記レンズを通じない放射線の反射を最大にし、前記レンズに逆に反射される放射線の量を最小にするように形成されて配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の紫外線LED硬化組立体。
- 前記レンズは、円柱状のロッドからなることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の紫外線LED硬化組立体。
- 前記レンズは、断面半円のロッドからなることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の紫外線LED硬化組立体。
- 前記ロッドは、石英で形成されることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の紫外線LED硬化組立体。
- 前記レンズは、前記基板を支持する位置で放射線を焦点に集めるために配置された収束レンズからなることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の紫外線LED硬化組立体。
- 前記LEDは、外側領域の前記LEDがそれ以外のLEDよりも接近するように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の紫外線LED硬化組立体。
- 前記LEDは、前記LEDがその他のLEDに対して回転する中心領域を有するように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の紫外線LED硬化組立体。
- 前記中心領域にある前記LEDは、それ以外のLEDに対して45度回転することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の紫外線LED硬化組立体。
- 前記中心領域にある前記LEDは、それ以外のLEDよりも間隔を置いて配置されていることを特徴とする請求項10又は11に記載の紫外線LED硬化組立体。
- 前記LEDは、15〜50%、好ましくは20〜38%の充填密度を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の紫外線LED硬化組立体。
- 前記LEDは、水冷回路基板に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の紫外線LED硬化組立体。
- さらに、前記開口部を通じて照射される放射線を受ける位置で基板を支持するための基板支持部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の紫外線LED硬化組立体。
