Abstract
【解決手段】それぞれ互いに可動性に配設されている受けブッシング(2)を収容する支持体(1)を含んで成り、各受けブッシング(2)は、支持体(1)に着接する少なくとも1つの弾性に変形可能なレイヤー(3)に付設されている弾性カップリングが、安価な製造で2つのシャフト端部の運転に適した結合を保証する配置を実現する課題を顧慮して、エラストマー(10)及び振動リング(5)を含んで成る加硫捩り振動ダンパ(4)を特徴とする弾性カップリングを提供する。

Claims (10)
- それぞれ互いに可動に配設される受けブッシング(2)を収容する支持体(1)を含んで成り、ここで各受けブッシング(2)は、前記支持体(1)に着接する少なくとも1個の弾性の変形可能なレイヤー(3)に付設されている弾性カップリングにおいて、エラストマー(10)及び振動リング(5)を含んで成る捩り振動ダンパ(4)を有することを特徴とする弾性カップリング。
- 前記捩り振動ダンパ(4)は前記支持体(1)と結合されており、且つ振動リング(5)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弾性カップリング。
- 前記支持体(1)は、それらの間に3個、6個、又は8個の受けブッシング(2)を収容する結合部品(6)と対応部品(7)とから成り、前記振動リング(5)は前記支持体(1)の前記結合部品(6)と結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の弾性カップリング。
- 前記結合部品(6)は、前記対応部品(7)に軸方向で係合する少なくとも1個の結合フランジ(9)を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の弾性カップリング。
- 前記振動リング(5)は、前記支持体(1)と前記振動リング(5)との間に収容されている少なくとも3個の転動体(12)を介して支持されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の弾性カップリング。
- 前記振動リング(5)は、ねじり止め(13)に着接可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の弾性カップリング。
- 前記振動リング(5)に係留固定手段(15)が付設されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の弾性カップリング。
- 前記係留固定手段(15)は前記支持体(1)の組立てに際して生じ、前記対応部品(7)に接続されている半径方向に突出する張出し部(15a)を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の弾性カップリング。
- 前記支持体(1)は、同軸方向で前記支持体(1)に配設されている多アームフランジ(16)と結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の弾性カップリング。
- 前記多アームフランジ(16)には同軸方向で前記多アームフランジ(16)に配設されているセンタリングスリーブ(17)が収容されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の弾性カップリング。
