Abstract

【課題】 従来の実用新案登録に記載され商品としても見かける自転車に傘を取り付ける器具の工夫は多いがハンドル上部に突出していたので運転者の視界を妨げたり、転倒の際に頭部や顔面をぶつける危険があった。その為普及せず片手運転は無くなっていない。
【解決手段】 傘の柄を曲がりのない真っ直ぐで最長５０センチ程度まで伸縮自在式の丈夫なアルミなどで作り、ハンドル上部の前面に接着した金属製の締め付けバンドと前籠取り付けの為のアングル金物の下部の水抜き穴を利用して上下二カ所で傘をしっかり固定する。

Description

本発明は一般市民の傘を差しながらの片手運転を防ぐ取り付け具に関する。
従来の取り付け器具には実用新案登録された４４０以上ものものがある（例えば文献特開２００６−１０２４１３参照）
以下、図１により説明する。従来の取り付け器具は傘の取り付け器具はハンドルの上部に取り付けられていたので運転の視界を妨げたし、衝突や転倒の際に運転者の頭部或いは顔面を痛打する危険が予想される。その上取り付け、取り外しが簡単でないものが多そうだった。
本発明は以上に述べた従来の取り付け法の欠点を解決しようとするものであり、運転者の安全を脅かすことなく、傘の取り付け取り外しも数秒でごく簡単に行える。
そして本発明は上記目的を達成するために傘の柄を曲げないで真っ直ぐにかつ５０センチほども長くする。ただしアルミなどで丈夫で伸縮自在式の物とするから取り外せば直ちに最短に縮めて持ち運んでも怪しまれない。
またこの長柄の傘を自転車に取り付ける為の器具としては市販の水道やガスのホースを取り付ける際に用いられる金属の締め付けバンドを利用してハンドル中央部の前方に接着するだけで良い。これなら小さい物だし運転者の視界も妨げず転倒時に頭を打つ危険もあり得ない。
これだけでは傘は安定しないので全ての自転車に前籠を取り付ける為に付いているアングル金物の下部の水抜き穴を利用する。この穴を傘の柄の底部の外径に合わせて広げておき差し込めば図１で明らかなように傘は底部と上部の二カ所で確実に固定されて運転の振動や多少の風にも横ぶれしない。
本発明は一般市民の傘を差しながらの片手運転を防ぐ取り付け具に関する。
従来の取り付け器具には４４０件以上の実用新案登録がある。（例えば文献特開２００６ー１０２４１３参照）一番古い登録は大正年間に遡る。
以下、図１により説明する。従来の取り付け器具はハンドルの上部か後部に有ったので運転の視界を妨げたし、衝突や転倒の際に運転者の頭部或いは顔面を痛打する危険が予想される。その上取り付け、取り外しに手間が掛かり自転車のデザインを損なう物が多い。
本発明は以上に述べた従来の取り付け方法の欠点を解決しようとするものであり、運転者の安全を脅かさず、傘の取り付け取り外しもごく簡単で、自転車のデザインも損なわない。
本発明は上記目的を達成するために傘の柄は曲げないで真っ直ぐにし従来より５０センチほども長く引き伸ばせるように丈夫なアルミなどの伸縮自在柄に作るから取り外せば直ちに普通の長さの柄に縮むので携帯に便利である。
この傘を自転車に固定する為に全ての自転車に付いている前籠取り付け用のアングル金物を利用するのが私の発明の眼目である。水抜き穴が有るから傘の柄の先端を細めておいて差し込めば根本はしっかり固定できる。
これだけでは不十分なので傘の上部に付けた丈夫な長い紐で自転車のハンドル中央部分にしっかり縛るか、或いは市販の水道やガスのホースに用いられる金属の締め付けバンドをハンドル中央の前面に接着して傘の柄を差し込んでから下のアングル金物の穴に落とし込む。かくして長柄の傘は上下二カ所で確実に固定されて多少の風でも横ぶれしないし運転者の頭上を適当な高さにカバーして雨や強い日差しを防ぐ。

Claims (1)

  1. 曲がらず真っ直ぐな最大５０センチ程度に伸縮自在式な柄を付けた傘を自転車のハンドル中央前部に接着した金属の締め付けバンドと前籠取り付けの為に付いているアングル金物の下部に空けた傘底部の外径に合わせた穴に嵌めて二カ所で固定し、雨の日や日傘としても片手運転をしないで交通安全に役立つ自転車に付ける傘。
