Abstract
【解決手段】ハイブリッド式発動発電機1は、バッテリ4と、エンジン駆動される交流機3と、交流機3の出力を整流する整流部51と、バッテリ4の出力を昇圧するDC−DCコンバータ9と、整流部51およびDC−DCコンバータ9の出力を交流に変換して発電機出力とするインバータ部53とを有する。負荷出力がDC−DCコンバータ9の許容電力範囲の上限に達した時点で、エンジン2を始動させてバッテリ4からの電力供給を交流機3による発電に切り替える。切り替えのためのエンジン始動中は、発電機出力がDC−DCコンバータ9の許容電力範囲を超えないようにインバータ部53の出力を抑制する発電電力制限部27を備える。

Claims (3)
- バッテリと、エンジンで駆動される交流機と、前記交流機の出力を整流する整流部と、前記バッテリの出力を昇圧するDC−DCコンバータと、前記整流部および前記DC−DCコンバータの出力を交流に変換して発電機出力とするインバータ部とを有するハイブリッド式発動発電機の電力供給源切り替え装置において、
該発電機の負荷出力を検出する負荷出力検出手段と、
前記バッテリの出力で前記エンジンを始動するエンジン始動手段と、
前記負荷出力が前記DC−DCコンバータの許容電力の上限に到達した時点で、前記エンジンを始動させて前記バッテリからの電力供給を前記交流機による発電に切り替えるとともに、該切り替えのためのエンジン始動中は、発電機出力が前記DC−DCコンバータの許容電力範囲を超えないように前記インバータ部の出力を抑制する発電電力制限手段とを備えていることを特徴とするハイブリッド式発動発電機の電力供給源切り替え装置。 - 前記整流部が前記DC−DCコンバータの出力で前記エンジンを始動するための駆動用インバータを兼用し、
前記発電電力抑制手段が、エンジン始動に消費される電力に相当する電力をバッテリ出力から低減することによってバッテリの出力制限をするように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のハイブリッド式発動発電機の電力供給源切り替え装置。 - 前記負荷出力が前記DC−DCコンバータの許容出力範囲を下回ったときに、前記エンジンを停止して、バッテリからの出力に切り替えることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のハイブリッド式発動発電機の電力供給源切り替え装置。
