Abstract
【解決手段】発光モジュール基板において、光波長変換部材は、半導体発光素子48が発する光を入射面から入射し、波長変換して出射面52aから出射する。光波長変換部材は、側面52b部の平均粗さRa2が、出射面52aよりも低く且つ0.3マイクロメートル以下となっている。さらに光波長変換部材は、側面52bの平均粗さRa2が、半導体発光素子48が発する光の中心波長の4分の1以下となっている。光波長変換部材は、出射面52aの平均粗さRa1が、半導体発光素子48が発する光の中心波長の4分の1より大きくなっている。光波長変換部材は、ショアD硬度が60以上となっている。

c:光速(2.998×108[m/s])
h:プランク定数(6.626×10−34[J・s])
に従ってフォトン数nを計算し、可視光領域(380nm以上780nm以下)の総フォトン数を求めた。図5では、比較例1で求めたYAG板の出射面52aのフォトン数を1として、相対的なフォトン数比を「出射面フォトン比」および「側面フォトン比」の欄に示した。また、出射面フォトン比/側面フォトン比を「出射面/側面フォトン比」として「出射面/側面」の欄に示した。
Claims (4)
- 発光素子と、
前記発光素子が発する光を入射面から入射し、波長変換して出射面から出射する光波長変換部材と、
を備え、
前記光波長変換部材は、前記入射面および前記出射面の双方を除く外面の少なくとも一部の平均粗さRaが、前記出射面よりも低く且つ0.3マイクロメートル以下であることを特徴とする発光モジュール。 - 発光素子と、
前記発光素子が発する光を入射面から入射し、波長変換して出射面から出射する光波長変換部材と、
を備え、
前記光波長変換部材は、前記入射面および前記出射面の双方を除く外面の少なくとも一部の平均粗さRaが、前記出射面よりも低く且つ前記光波長変換部材による波長変換後の光の中心波長の4分の1以下であることを特徴とする発光モジュール。 - 前記光波長変換部材は、ショアD硬度が60以上であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の発光モジュール。
- 光が入射する入射面と、波長変換した光を出射する出射面と、を備え、
前記入射面および前記出射面の双方を除く外面の少なくとも一部の平均粗さRaが、前記出射面よりも低く且つ0.3マイクロメートル以下であることを特徴とする光波長変換部材。
