Abstract
Description
〔式中、Rは、アルキルまたはアリール、およびこれらの混合物であり;nおよびmは、繰り返し単位のモル%であり、nは、上述のポリイミドポリマーの約50モル%〜約99モル%であり、mは、上述のポリイミドポリマーの約50モル%〜約1モル%である〕
を溶媒に溶解することを含む。この溶解したポリイミドポリマーの溶液を導電性添加剤とともに粉砕し、分散物を作成する。この分散物を、基板層にコーティングする。次いで、この分散物を硬化させ、基板から分離する。

- ヘキサデカン接触角が約20°〜約45°である多面体オリゴマーシルセスキオキサン(POSS)フルオロポリイミドポリマーと、中間転写体の約5〜約20重量%の導電性添加剤とを含む、中間転写体。
