Abstract
【解決手段】コネクタ接続超音波プローブは、患者の身体に挿入するように構成された遠位部と、超音波システムと遠位部をインターフェイス接続させるように構成された近接部とを備えている。遠位部は、少なくとも1つのセットのコネクタを使用して、近接部から容易に着脱可能である。接続した場合に、近接部に配置されたユーザ作動アクチュエータは遠位部の屈曲を制御し、超音波システムは近接部を介して超音波トランスデューサに駆動信号を送り、そこから戻り信号を受ける。この配置は長期間監視に特に有利である。というのは、近接部の切断により、過度の苦痛なしにより長期間、遠位部を患者内の定位置に置くことが可能になる。

Claims (6)
- 超音波プローブであって、
患者の身体内に挿入するために構成された遠位端を有する第1の部分であって、前記遠位端に配置された超音波トランスデューサと、前記第1の部分の近位端に位置する第1のコネクタとを有し、前記第1のコネクタは、前記超音波プローブの近位−遠位軸に垂直な方向に面している、第1の部分と、
前記第1の部分を超音波システムにインターフェイス接続させるように構成された第2の部分であって、前記第2の部分の遠位端に位置する第2のコネクタを有し、前記第2のコネクタは、前記超音波プローブの近位−遠位軸に垂直な方向に面している、第2の部分と、
を備え、
前記第1の部分は、第1及び第2のコネクタを使用して、第2の部分から前記超音波プローブの近位−遠位軸に垂直な方向に着脱可能であり、
前記第2の部分は少なくとも1つのユーザ作動アクチュエータを備え、前記第1および第2の部分は、前記第1の部分が前記第2の部分に取り付けられた場合に、前記ユーザ作動アクチュエータの作動により前記第1の部分が屈曲するように構成されており、
前記第1および第2の部分は、前記第1の部分が前記第2の部分に取り付けられた場合に、(a)前記超音波システムは、前記第2の部分を介して前記第1の部分内に駆動信号を送信することによって前記超音波トランスデューサを駆動することができ、(b)前記第1の部分の前記超音波トランスデューサは、前記第2の部分を介して前記超音波システムに戻り信号を送信することができるように構成されている超音波プローブ。 - 前記第1の部分は、経食道エコー検査を行なうように寸法を定められており、前記トランスデューサは、前記第1の部分の近位−遠位方向軸に対して横向きに配向されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波プローブ。
- 前記第1の部分は、経食道エコー検査を行なうように寸法を定められており、前記トランスデューサは、二次元配列の要素を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波プローブ。
- 前記第1の部分は、前記第1の部分が、前記胃の前記基底部内に位置決めされた超音波トランスデューサを有して患者の食道内に挿入された場合に、前記患者の身体の外側に留まっている前記第1の部分の一部が250g以下の質量を有するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波プローブ。
- 前記第1の部分は、前記第1の部分が前記胃の前記基底部内に位置決めされた超音波トランスデューサを有して患者の食道内に挿入された場合に、前記患者の身体の外側に留まっている前記第1の部分の一部が70cm以下の長さを有するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波プローブ。
- 前記トランスデューサは、前記第1の部分の近位−遠位方向軸に対して横向きに配向されており、前記第1の部分は、前記第1の部分が前記胃の前記基底部内に位置決めされた超音波トランスデューサを有して患者の食道内に挿入された場合に、前記患者の身体の外側に留まっている前記第1の部分の一部が70cm以下の長さおよび250g以下の質量を有するように構成され、前記第1の部分は液体の流入を防ぐように密封されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波プローブ。
