Abstract
【解決手段】筒部73の開口端側から端壁部73b側に向かう往路80aならびに端壁部73b側から筒部73aの開口端側に向かう復路80bを有するガス通路80を、筒部73aおよび端壁部73bとの間に形成する内挿部材74がケース73内に挿入され、PTC素子75,76が少なくとも筒部73aの外周に配設される。

Claims (3)
- 筒部(73a)と、該筒部(73a)の一端を閉じる端壁部(73b)とを有して有底筒状に形成されるケース(73)内を流通するガスを加熱するためのPTC素子(75,76)が、前記ケース(73)の外面に配設されるガスの加熱装置において、前記筒部(73)の開口端側から前記端壁部(73b)側に向かう往路(80a)ならびに前記端壁部(73b)側から前記筒部(73a)の開口端側に向かう復路(80b)を有するガス通路(80)を、前記筒部(73a)および前記端壁部(73b)との間に形成する内挿部材(74)が前記ケース(73)内に挿入され、前記PTC素子(75,76)が少なくとも前記筒部(73a)の外周に配設されることを特徴とするガスの加熱装置。
- 前記内挿部材(74)に、前記筒部(73a)内をその長手方向と直交する平面内で少なくとも2つに分割して前記往路(80a)および前記復路(80b)を形成する仕切り板部(73b)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1記載のガスの加熱装置。
- 前記PTC素子(75,76)が、前記筒部(73a)の外周および前記端壁部(73b)の外面のいずれにも配設されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のガスの加熱装置。
