Abstract
【解決手段】オンラインで弁診断に必要なステップ応答、摩擦およびスプリングレンジといった弁の特性に関する情報を、プロセスが進行中に測定する。これら弁情報は、プロセスを制御する制御信号に弁が応答し一連の逐次動作をする間に取得され制御器に送られる。制御器は、弁情報から弁の特性を決定しアラーム、分析結果、レポートの形式でユーザに対して表示するので、オンラインで弁の診断が可能となる。

Claims (1)
- プラントプロセスにおいて動作している弁(14)についてのオンライン弁診断方法であって、
前記プラントプロセスを制御する複数の逐次のセットポイントに応答して前記弁が動作している間に弁情報を取得し、前記弁は、一連の漸次の動作を通じて動作し、
前記弁情報は、少なくとも2つのセットポイントデータ、位置データ、圧力データのうちの少なくとも2つを含み、
前記弁情報に基づいて、前記弁についての摩擦、スプリングレンジ、レスポンスラグ、応答時間及びオーバーシュートの少なくとも一つを含む診断結果データを取得する
ことを特徴とするオンライン弁診断方法。
