Abstract
【解決手段】ベース14の表面にロードセル37は支持される。プラットフォーム13およびロードセル37の間に荷重伝達部材19が挟み込まれる。荷重伝達部材19の周囲に弾性変形体33が配置される。弾性変形体33は、ベース14に対して姿勢変化自在に枠体27に荷重伝達部材19を連結する。荷重伝達部材19は不必要に拘束されないことから、荷重のエネルギーは損失なくロードセル37に伝達される。弾性変形体33は荷重伝達部材19の周囲にあって、荷重伝達部材19とプラットフォーム13との間には弾性部材が挟み込まれないことから、プラットフォーム13とベース14との間隔は狭められることができる。重量測定装置は十分に薄型化されることができる。

Description
図1は本発明の一実施形態に係る重量測定装置すなわち体重計11を示す。体重計11は本体12を備える。本体12はプラットフォーム13を備える。プラットフォーム13は例えば水平な平坦面を有する。体重計11の利用者はプラットフォーム13上で直立する。
Claims (2)
- ベースおよびプラットフォームで収容空間を挟み込む本体と、
前記収容空間に収容されて前記ベースの表面に支持されるロードセルと、
前記プラットフォームおよび前記ロードセルの間に挟み込まれた荷重伝達部材と、
前記ベースに固定されるブラケットと、
前記荷重伝達部材の周囲に配置されて、前記ブラケットに対して姿勢変化自在に前記ブラケットに前記荷重伝達部材を連結する弾性変形体と
を備えることを特徴とする重量測定装置。 - 請求項1に記載の重量測定装置において、
前記ロードセルに組み込まれて、前記荷重伝達部材に点接触する力点、および、支点の間に、前記プラットフォームから伝わる力の作用に応じて歪む歪み域を有する起歪体と、
前記支点に結合され、前記ベースの表面に向かって盛り上がるドーム体で前記ベースの表面に点接触する受け部材と、
前記受け部材に可撓板で連結され、前記ベースに対して姿勢変化自在に前記ベースに前記受け部材を取り付ける結合体と
をさらに備えることを特徴とする重量測定装置。
