【解決手段】 剪断モードでの動的粘弾性測定により得られる損失正接(tanδ)の20℃における値が0.6以上である熱可塑性エラストマーと熱膨張性マイクロカプセルからなる発泡性組成物を射出発泡して得られる熱可塑性エラストマー発泡体用いたプロテクター。

Description
このような発泡体としては、例えば、スチレン・共役ジエンブロック共重合体の水素添加物を発泡させて成形したもの(特許文献1)や、架橋された熱可塑性エラストマーを熱膨張性マイクロバルーンで発泡させたもの(特許文献2)などがある。しかし、特許文献1や特許文献2の方法で得られる発泡体は、硬い上に衝撃吸収性が低く、人体の保護を目的としたプロテクターの材料として適したものでは無かった。
1). 剪断モードでの動的粘弾性測定により得られる損失正接(tanδ)の20℃における値が0.6以上である熱可塑性エラストマーと熱膨張性マイクロカプセルからなる発泡性組成物を射出発泡して得られる熱可塑性エラストマー発泡体を用いたプロテクター。
[式中Xはハロゲン原子、炭素数1〜6のアルコキシ基又は炭素数1〜6のアシロキシ基を示す。R1、R2はそれぞれ水素原子または炭素数1〜6の1価の炭化水素基を示し、R1、R2は同一であっても異なっていても良い。R3は多価芳香族炭化水素基または多価脂肪族炭化水素基であり、nは1〜6の自然数を示す。]。
これらの中でも特に好ましいのは、1,4−ビス(1−クロル−1−メチルエチル)ベンゼン、1,3,5−トリス(1−クロル−1−メチルエチル)ベンゼンである。
前記溶媒の使用量は、得られる重合体溶液の粘度や除熱の容易さを考慮して、重合体の濃度が好ましくは1重量%以上50重量%以下、より好ましくは5重量%以上35重量%以下となるように決定することができる。
箱形状の射出発泡成形体の底部から150mm×200mmの試験片(プロテクター)を切り出し、試験片を腰部側面に大腿骨を覆う形でインナーウエアの上から両面テープで貼り付け被験者自ら試験片を拳で叩いてプロテクターを取り付けなかった場合と比べた場合の痛みの軽減度合いを次の基準で評価した結果の被験者30人の平均である。
◎:痛み軽減効果が大きい。
○:痛みが軽減できる。
△:概ね痛みが軽減できる。
×:痛みの軽減が少ない。
熱可塑性エラストマーとしてポリスチレンブロック−ポリイソブチレンブロック−ポリスチレンブロックを有するSIBSTAR072T(株式会社カネカ製、損失正接の値:0.76(20℃)、0.88(10℃)、損失正接のピーク:5.2℃)100重量部に対し、熱膨張性マイクロカプセルマスターバッチ、ファインセルマスターMS405K(大日精化株式会社製、熱膨張性マイクロカプセル含有率40wt%)を10重量部配合(熱膨張性カプセル配合量4重量部)して発泡性組成物とした。
SIBSTAR072T 100重量部と粘着付与樹脂である水添石油樹脂 アルコンP140(荒川化学工業株式会社製、ガラス転移温度140℃)18重量部を混合した熱可塑性エラストマー(損失正接の値:0.83(20℃)、0.56(10℃)、損失正接のピーク:24.0℃)118重量部に熱膨張性マイクロカプセルとして実施例1と同様にファインセルマスターMS405Kを10重量部配合して発泡性組成物とし、実施例1と同様にして熱可塑性エラストマー発泡体を得た。得られた熱可塑性エラストマー発泡体の評価結果を表1に示す。
実施例1のSIBSTAR072Tの代わりに、ポリスチレンブロック−水素添加したポリイソプレンブロック−ポリスチレンブロックを有するHYBRAR7125(株式会社クラレ製、損失正接の値:1.50(20℃)、0.27(10℃)、損失正接のピーク:23.0℃)を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして発泡性組成物とし、熱可塑性エラストマー発泡体を得た。得られた熱可塑性エラストマー発泡体の評価結果を表1に示す。
金型の可動型を動かさず、クリアランスを6.5mmの一定にして射出発泡成形した以外は実施例1と同様にして熱可塑性エラストマー発泡体を得た。得られた熱可塑性エラストマー発泡体は、厚み5.7mm、密度690kg/m3、独立気泡率99%、であった。得られた熱可塑性エラストマー発泡体の評価結果を表1に示す。
金型の可動型を動かさず、クリアランスを6.5mmの一定にして射出発泡成形した以外は実施例3と同様にして熱可塑性エラストマー発泡体を得た。得られた熱可塑性エラストマー発泡体の評価結果を表1に示す。
ポリスチレンブロック−水素添加したポリイソプレンブロック−ポリスチレンブロックを有するSEPTON2007(株式会社クラレ製、損失正接の値:0.10(20℃)、0.15(10℃)、損失正接のピーク:−21.3℃)とした以外は、実施例1と同様にして発泡性組成物とし、熱可塑性エラストマー発泡体を得た。得られた熱可塑性エラストマー発泡体の評価結果を表1に示す。
実施例1の熱膨張性マイクロカプセルマスターバッチを、重曹系化学発泡剤マスターバッチ、ポリスレンEE275F(永和化成工業株式会社製)10重量部に変更した以外は、実施例1と同様にして発泡性組成物とし、熱可塑性エラストマー発泡体を得た。得られた熱可塑性エラストマー発泡体の評価結果を表1に示す。
Claims (6)
- 剪断モードでの動的粘弾性測定により得られる損失正接(tanδ)の20℃における値が0.6以上である熱可塑性エラストマーと熱膨張性マイクロカプセルからなる発泡性組成物を射出発泡して得られる熱可塑性エラストマー発泡体を用いたプロテクター。
- 射出発泡がコアバック法であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱可塑性エラストマー発泡体を用いたプロテクター。
- 熱可塑性エラストマーが、共役ジエンあるいはイソブチレンを構成単量体とする重合体ブロックと芳香族ビニル系単量体を構成単量体とする重合体ブロックからなるブロック共重合体であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の熱可塑性エラストマー発泡体を用いたプロテクター。
- 熱可塑性エラストマーが、粘着付与樹脂を含有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜3いずれかに記載の熱可塑性エラストマー発泡体を用いたプロテクター。
- 剪断モードでの動的粘弾性測定により得られる損失正接(tanδ)の20℃における値が0.6以上である熱可塑性エラストマーと熱膨張性マイクロカプセルからなる発泡性組成物を射出発泡することを特徴とする請求項1〜4いずれかに記載の熱可塑性エラストマー発泡体を用いたプロテクターの製造方法。
- 射出発泡がコアバック法であることを特徴とする請求項5記載のプロテクターの製造方法。
