Abstract
【解決手段】損傷大腿骨自体に対して、或いは損傷大腿骨の模擬骨に対して、人工股関節2の挿入支持部4を損傷大腿骨1の中空内部3に挿入するとき、その挿入支持部4が挿入される部分を含む適宜の範囲の骨材外周表面5に、予め応力発光物質薄膜6を形成しておく。このような人工股関節2の挿入過程及び挿入後の状態等において、外周側からICCDカメラ7でその応力発光物質薄膜6部分を、その全周にわたって撮影し、これをコンピュータ11に入力し受光画像8を得る。それによりコンピュータ11においては、受光した光の強度をそのまま画像として出力することにより、容易に受光画像8を得ることができ、特に受光した光の強度のデータをほぼそのまま応力・歪みデータとして用いることが可能となる。

Claims (11)
- 模擬骨の表面、内部若しくは内面、及び/又はインプラントの表面、内部若しくは内面に応力発光物質層を設け、
前記模擬骨及び/又は前記インプラントに作用する応力によって発光する前記応力発光物質の光をカメラで測定し、
前記模擬骨の表面、内部若しくは内面、及び/又は前記インプラントの表面、内部若しくは内面の応力分布を測定する
ことを特徴とする、模擬骨へのインプラントの装着を計測する方法。 - 模擬骨の表面、内部若しくは内面、及び/又はインプラントの表面、内部若しくは内面に応力発光物質層を設け、
前記模擬骨及び/又は前記インプラントに作用する応力によって発光する前記応力発光物質の光をカメラで測定し、
前記模擬骨の表面、内部若しくは内面、及び/又は前記インプラントの表面、内部若しくは内面の応力分布を測定する
ことを特徴とする、インプラント装着の熟練度の計測方法。 - 生体骨若しくは模擬骨の表面、内部若しくは内面、及び/又はインプラントの表面、内部若しくは内面に応力発光物質層を設け、
前記生体骨若しくは模擬骨及び/又は前記インプラントに作用する応力によって発光する前記応力発光物質の光をカメラで測定し、
前記生体骨若しくは模擬骨の表面、内部若しくは内面、及び/又は前記インプラントの表面、内部若しくは内面の応力分布を測定する
ことを特徴とする、インプラントの選択方法。 - 生体骨若しくは模擬骨の表面、内部若しくは内面、及び/又はインプラントの表面、内部若しくは内面に応力発光物質層を設け、
前記生体骨若しくは模擬骨及び/又は前記インプラントに作用する応力によって発光する前記応力発光物質の光をカメラで測定し、

ことを特徴とする、インプラントの適用状態の計測方法。 - 前記模擬骨及び/又は前記インプラントの材料中に応力発光物質を混合し、
前記模擬骨及び/又は前記インプラントに作用する応力によって発光する前記応力発光物質の光をカメラで測定し、
前記模擬骨及び/又は前記インプラントの表面又は内部の応力分布を測定するものである、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 透明材料で形成した前記模擬骨及び/又は前記インプラントの内部に応力発光物質層を設け、
前記模擬骨及び/又は前記インプラントに作用する応力によって発光する前記応力発光物質の光をカメラで測定し、
前記模擬骨及び/又は前記インプラントの内部の応力分布を測定するものである、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 透明材料で形成した前記模擬骨及び/又は前記インプラントの内面に応力発光物質層を設け、
前記模擬骨及び/又は前記インプラントに作用する応力によって発光する前記応力発光物質の光を骨材の外側からカメラで測定し、
前記模擬骨及び/又は前記インプラントの内面の応力分布を測定するものである、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 透明材料により多層に形成した前記模擬骨及び/又は前記インプラントの各層間に応力発光物質層を設け、
前記模擬骨及び/又は前記インプラントに作用する応力によって発光する前記応力発光物質の光をカメラで測定し、
前記模擬骨及び/又は前記インプラントの内部の応力分布を測定するものである、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記模擬骨が模擬大腿骨であり、前記インプラントが人工股関節である、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記模擬骨が模擬あご骨であり、前記インプラントが義歯である、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- その表面、内部又は内面に応力発光物質層が設けられているインプラントを含むことを特徴とする、模擬骨又は生体骨へのインプラントの装着を計測するためのキット。
