Abstract
【解決手段】体動検出装置は、本体部と表示部(141)と制御部とを備え、制御部は、本体部を装着または所持するユーザが昇降装置を用いて昇降しているか否かを検出する昇降方法検出部と、昇降方法検出部による検出結果に基づいて、昇降装置を用いて昇降した回数と、昇降装置を用いず昇降した回数とを計数する計数部と、計数部によって計数されたそれぞれの回数を表示部に表示させる表示制御部とを含む。

Description
図1は、この発明の実施の形態における活動量計100の外観図である。図1を参照して、活動量計100は、本体部191と、クリップ部192とから主に構成される。クリップ部192は、活動量計100をユーザの着衣などに固定するために用いられる。
上述した実施の形態においては、図5で説明したように、加速度センサ170の検出値に基づいてユーザが昇降を開始または終了したか否かを判断し、前回、昇降を開始したと判断されてから、今回、昇降を終了したと判断されたときに、ほぼ1階分の段数に達していると判断できるときには、階の途中に踊り場がない階段を、ほぼ1階分上昇したと判断して、上昇階数を1加算する一方、前々回、昇降を開始したと判断されてから、今回、昇降を終了したと判断されたときに、ほぼ1階分の段数に達していると判断できるときには、階の途中に踊り場がある階段を、ほぼ1階分上昇したと判断して、上昇階数を1加算するようにした。
第1の実施の形態においては、図5で説明したように、昇降していると検出されたときに、加速度センサ170からの加速度の検出値に基づいて、昇降階数を算出するようにした。第2の実施の形態においては、昇降していると検出されたときに、気圧センサ180からの気圧の検出値に基づいて、昇降階数を算出するようにする。
(1) 前述した第1の実施の形態および第2の実施の形態においては、加速度センサ170からの加速度の検出値の変動の傾向に変化が生じたときに、階段の昇降を開始または終了したと判断するようにした。しかし、これに限定されず、気圧センサ180からの気圧の検出値に変化が生じたときに、階段の昇降を開始または終了したと判断するようにしてもよい。
Claims (4)
- 本体部と表示部と制御部とを備える体動検出装置であって、
前記制御部は、
前記本体部を装着または所持するユーザが昇降装置を用いて昇降しているか否かを検出する昇降方法検出手段と、
前記昇降方法検出手段による検出結果に基づいて、前記昇降装置を用いて昇降した回数と、前記昇降装置を用いず昇降した回数とを計数する計数手段と、
前記計数手段によって計数されたそれぞれの回数を前記表示部に表示させる表示制御手段とを含む、体動検出装置。 - 前記計数手段は、前記昇降装置を用いて昇降した回数および用いず昇降した回数のそれぞれを、上昇および下降ごとに計数する、請求項1に記載の体動検出装置。
- 前記計数手段は、前記昇降装置を用いて昇降した回数および用いず昇降した回数のそれぞれを、昇降した階数ごとに計数する、請求項1に記載の体動検出装置。
- 前記本体部の加速度を検出する加速度センサと、
前記本体部周辺の気圧を検出する気圧センサとをさらに備え、
前記昇降方法検出手段は、前記加速度センサおよび前記気圧センサからの検出結果に基づいて、前記昇降装置を用いて昇降しているか否かを検出する、請求項1に記載の体動検出装置。
