Abstract
【解決手段】圧力境界上に位置付けられた通路(30)を含む、ガスタービンにおける圧力境界を通って供給される空気の量を調整するシステムが開示される。加えて、温度作動バルブ(32)が通路(30)内に装着され、所定の温度閾値にて作動するよう構成される。具体的には、温度作動バルブ(32)は、温度作動バルブ(32)における局所温度が所定の温度閾値に到達するか又はこれを上回ったときに閉鎖位置から開放位置に作動し、冷却空気が通路を通ることができる。

Claims (10)
- ガスタービンにおける圧力境界を通って供給される空気の量を調整するシステムであって、
ガスタービンにおける圧力境界上に位置付けられた通路(30)と、
前記通路(30)内に装着され且つ所定の温度閾値で作動するよう構成された温度作動バルブ(32)と、
を備え、
前記温度作動バルブ(32)における局所温度が前記所定の温度閾値に到達するか又はこれを上回ったときに、前記温度作動バルブ(32)が閉鎖位置から開放位置に作動し、前記通路を通って空気が流れることが可能になる、
システム。 - 前記温度作動バルブ(32)が、温度作動バイメタルバルブ又は温度作動液体充填ベローズバルブである、
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記圧力境界が、前記ガスタービンにおいて、圧縮機吐出ケース(12)により形成されるプレナム(24)と前方ホイールスペース(28)との間、又は内側ボックスプレナム(90)と前記前方ホイールスペース(28)との間に位置付けられる、
前記請求項の何れかに記載のシステム。 - 前記温度作動バルブ(32)は通常閉鎖されるよう構成され、前記温度作動バルブ(32)における局所温度が前記所定の温度閾値を下回るときに、前記温度作動バルブ(32)が閉鎖位置にあるようにされる、
前記請求項の何れかに記載のシステム。 - 複数の通路(72、74、76)及び複数の温度作動バルブ(78、80、82)を更に備え、前記複数の温度作動バルブ(78、80、82)が前記複数の通路(72、74、76)内に装着される、
前記請求項の何れかに記載のシステム。 - 前記複数の温度作動バルブ(78、80、82)が増大する所定の温度閾値で作動するよう構成される、
請求項5に記載のシステム。 - 前記複数の温度作動バルブ(78、80、82)の各々が、最初に閉鎖位置にあり、前記複数の温度作動バルブ(78、80、82)の各々における局所温度に基づいて開放位置に恒久的に作動する、
請求項6に記載のシステム。 - 前記複数の温度作動バルブ(78、80、82)の各々が、可変サイズのオリフィス(40)を含み、前記オリフィス(40)のサイズが、前記増大する所定の温度閾値に対応する前記複数の温度作動バルブ(78、80、82)の各々において増大する、
請求項6に記載のシステム。 - 前記複数の温度作動バルブ(78、80、82)の各々が、可変サイズのオリフィス(40)を含み、前記オリフィス(40)のサイズが、前記増大する所定の温度閾値に対応する前記複数の温度作動バルブ(78、80、82)の各々において減少する、
請求項6に記載のシステム。 - ガスタービンにおける圧力境界を通って供給される冷却空気及び吸込み防止空気の量を調整するシステムであって、
ガスタービンにおける圧力境界上に位置付けられた熱バルブ通路(30)と、
前記熱バルブ通路(30)内に装着され且つ所定の温度閾値で作動するよう構成された温度作動熱バルブ(32)と、
前記圧力境界上に位置付けられた複数の吸込み防止バルブ通路(72、74、76)と、
前記吸込み防止バルブ通路(72、74、76)内に装着され且つ増大する所定の温度閾値で作動するよう構成された複数の温度作動吸込み防止バルブ(78、80、82)と、
を備え、
前記熱バルブ(32)が、通常閉鎖位置にあり、前記熱バルブ(32)における局所温度に基づき開放位置にまで作動して、冷却空気が前記熱バルブ通路(30)を通ることができるようになり、
前記複数の温度作動バルブ(78、80、82)が、最初に閉鎖位置にあり、前記複数の吸込み防止バルブ(78、80、82)の各々における局所温度に基づき開放位置にまで恒久的に作動して、吸込み防止空気が前記複数の吸込み防止バルブ通路(72、74、76)内に流れることが可能になる、
