絶縁基板と、前記絶縁基板の上方にそれぞれ配置された第1画素電極及び第2画素電極と、前記第1画素電極の上及び前記第2画素電極の上に共通に設けられた有機層と、前記有機層の上に配置された対向電極と、前記有機層の直上に位置する前記対向電極の上に配置され、紫外線を吸収する紫外線吸収剤を含有する保護層と、前記保護層の上に配置された封止膜と、前記封止膜の上方に配置された対向基板と、前記封止膜と前記対向基板との間に充填された充填層と、を備えたことを特徴とする有機EL装置が提供される。

Claims (5)
- 絶縁基板と、
前記絶縁基板の上方にそれぞれ配置された第1画素電極及び第2画素電極と、
前記第1画素電極の上及び前記第2画素電極の上に共通に設けられた有機層と、
前記有機層の上に配置された対向電極と、
前記有機層の直上に位置する前記対向電極の上に配置され、紫外線を吸収する紫外線吸収剤を含有する保護層と、
前記保護層の上に配置された封止膜と、
前記封止膜の上方に配置された対向基板と、
前記封止膜と前記対向基板との間に充填された充填層と、
を備えたことを特徴とする有機EL装置。 - 絶縁基板と、
前記絶縁基板の上方にそれぞれ配置された第1画素電極及び第2画素電極と、
前記第1画素電極の上及び前記第2画素電極の上に共通に設けられた有機層と、
前記有機層の上に配置された対向電極と、
前記対向電極の上に配置された封止膜と、
前記有機層の直上に位置する前記封止膜の上に配置され、紫外線を吸収する紫外線吸収剤を含有する保護層と、
前記保護層の上方に配置された対向基板と、
前記保護層と前記対向基板との間に充填された充填層と、
を備えたことを特徴とする有機EL装置。 - 前記第1画素電極と前記対向電極との間の前記有機層は、前記第2画素電極と前記対向電極との間の前記有機層とは異なる色に発光することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の有機EL装置。
- 前記保護層は、有機EL材料によって形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の有機EL装置。
- 前記充填層は、紫外線硬化型樹脂によって形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の有機EL装置。
