Abstract
【解決手段】空調給湯システムに用いられ、空気温度調節用冷媒回路を循環する冷媒と、給湯用冷媒回路を循環する冷媒と、熱媒体回路を循環する熱媒体との間で熱交換を行う中間熱交換器(23)を、外管と4本の内管にて構成し、外管を、熱媒体回路に配管接続される熱媒体伝熱管(23c)とし、4本の内管のうち2本の内管を、空気温度調節用冷媒回路に配管接続される空気温度調節用冷媒伝熱管(23a)とし、残り2本の内管を、給湯用冷媒回路に配管接続される給湯用冷媒伝熱管(23b)とするとともに、空気温度調節用冷媒伝熱管(23a)と給湯用冷媒伝熱管(23b)とは接合(101)されている。

Claims (15)
- 空気温度調節用冷媒回路と、給湯用冷媒回路と、空気温度調節用冷媒回路及び給湯用冷媒回路を循環する冷媒と熱交換を行って蓄熱する熱媒体を循環させる熱媒体回路とを備えた空調給湯システムに用いられ、前記空気温度調節用冷媒回路を循環する冷媒と、前記給湯用冷媒回路を循環する冷媒と、前記熱媒体回路を循環する熱媒体との間で熱交換を行う中間熱交換器であって、
前記中間熱交換器を、外管と複数本の内管にて構成し、前記外管を、前記給湯用冷媒回路と前記空気温度調節用冷媒回路と前記熱媒体回路の3つの回路のうち、何れか1つの回路に配管接続される第1の伝熱管とし、前記複数本の内管のうち所定本数の内管を、残り2つの回路のうち一方に配管接続される第2の伝熱管とし、残りの内管を、残り2つの回路のうち他方に配管接続される第3の伝熱管とするとともに、前記第2の伝熱管と前記第3の伝熱管とは接合されている
ことを特徴とする中間熱交換器。 - 請求項1の記載において、前記複数本の内管は、前記外管の中心軸方向に直交する断面において、互いに隣り合う4本の前記内管の断面中心を直線で結んだ図形が四角形を形成するように配列され、かつ、前記第2の伝熱管を構成する前記内管の断面中心と前記第3の伝熱管を構成する前記内管の断面中心とが前記四角形の対角に位置するように配列されており、互いに隣り合う前記内管は接合されていることを特徴とする中間熱交換器。
- 請求項2の記載において、前記四角形の対角に位置する前記内管同士は互いに間隔を空けて配列されていることを特徴とする中間熱交換器。
- 請求項1の記載において、前記複数本の内管は、前記外管の中心軸方向に直交する断面において、互いに隣り合う3本の前記内管の断面中心を直線で結んだ図形が三角形を形成するように配列されるとともに、互いに隣り合う前記3本の内管には、前記第2の伝熱管を構成する内管と前記第3の伝熱管を構成する内管とが含まれ、
隣り合う前記第2の伝熱管を構成する前記内管と前記第3の伝熱管を構成する前記内管とは接合されている
ことを特徴とする中間熱交換器。 - 請求項4の記載において、隣り合う前記第2の伝熱管を構成する前記内管同士、または隣り合う前記第3の伝熱管を構成する前記内管同士は、間隔を空けて配列されることを特徴とする中間熱交換器。
- 請求項1〜5の何れか一項の記載において、前記内管の接合は、ロウ付けによってなされることを特徴とする中間熱交換器。
- 請求項1〜5の何れか一項の記載において、前記内管の接合は、前記複数本の内管をまとめてバンドで結束することによりなされることを特徴とする中間熱交換器。
- 請求項1〜7の何れか一項の記載において、前記複数本の内管は、所定本数の内管を空気温度調節用冷媒回路用伝熱管とし、残りの内管を給湯用冷媒回路用伝熱管とするともに、外管を前記熱媒体回路用伝熱管とすること特徴とする中間熱交換器。
- 請求項1〜8の何れか一項の記載において、前記複数本の内管は円管であることを特徴とする中間熱交換器。
- 請求項1〜8の何れか一項の記載において、前記複数本の内管は矩形管であることを特徴とする中間熱交換器。
- 請求項1または請求項2の記載において、前記複数本の内管は一体成型されていることと特徴とする中間熱交換器。
- 請求項1〜11の何れか一項の記載において、前記複数本の内管は、径の大きさが異なることを特徴とする中間熱交換器。
- 請求項1〜12の何れか一項の記載において、前記中間熱交換器の、前記空気温度調節用冷媒回路の高圧側冷媒と、前記給湯用冷媒回路の低圧側冷媒とが熱交換をおこなう場合には、前記空気温度調節用冷媒回路を流れる冷媒と、前記給湯用冷媒回路を流れる冷媒とが、対向流となることを特徴とする中間熱交換器。
- 請求項1〜13の何れか一項の記載において、前記中間熱交換器の、前記空気温度調節用冷媒回路の低圧側冷媒と、前記給湯用冷媒回路の低圧側冷媒と、前記熱媒体回路の冷温水とが熱交換をおこなう場合には、前記熱媒体回路の冷温水に対し、前記空気温度調節用冷媒回路の低圧側冷媒と前記給湯用冷媒回路の低圧側冷媒が、対向流となることを特徴とする中間熱交換器。
- 空気温度調節用冷媒回路と、給湯用冷媒回路と、空気温度調節用冷媒回路及び給湯用冷媒回路を循環する冷媒と熱交換を行って蓄熱する熱媒体を循環させる熱媒体回路とを備えた空調給湯システムであって、
請求項1〜14の何れか一項に記載の中間熱交換器を組み込んだことを特徴とする空調給湯システム。
