Abstract
Description
多くの種類の加熱設備が、流体(例えば、建物での水)を加熱する分野で知られている。住宅において、水道水として使用する水は、適切な温度まで加熱され、必要に応じて利用タンクに維持する必要がある。通常の方法によって、かかる加熱水を提供することは一般に高コストである。
本発明の目的は、上述の問題を解決するか少なくとも最小限にすることである。これは、上記第二熱交換ループのための集熱器としての役割を果すパネルを備える添付の請求項1による加熱設備によって達成される。これにより、太陽がパネルに光を照らす場合、被加熱流体、好ましくは水道水を継続的に加熱することができ、日光が流体を設定温度まで加熱するには不十分な場合は、第一熱交換ループが上記流体を加熱するように構成される。
図1、2及び3には、本発明の好適な実施形態による設備100が概略的に示されている。設備100の前方側面に、透明な外壁2が存在し、透明な外壁2内側から距離t1の位置に、(好ましくは金属壁4の形の)パネル4が存在する。壁2とパネル4との間に、空気Fが流れるための空気が流入する隙間7が形成されている。透明な外壁2は、その上部で、上部壁13A、背壁部13B、側壁13C及び底部13Dを備える外側ケース13に接続している。背壁部13Bは、パネル4から(t1より大きい)距離t2離れるように構成され、下方流区画7Dと空気が流入する隙間7よりも大きな空間とを形成する。底部13Dは、パネル4と透明な外壁2との間ではなく、背壁部13Bとパネル4との間に水平に延在することによって、上記透明な外壁2とパネル4との間に、下向き開放隙間7Aを形成する。パネル4は、底部13Dから上方に延在しているが、上部壁13Aには到達しないため、パネル4の上方エッジと外側ケース13の上部壁13Aとの間に開放隙間7Bが形成される。
Claims (12)
- 外気から熱を受け取るための第一熱交換ループ(5)と、
第二熱交換ループ(8)と、を備え、
前記第一熱交換ループは、被加熱流体に作用するように構成され、
前記第二熱交換ループ(8)も、前記被加熱流体に作用するように構成され、
前記第二熱交換ループ(8)は、集熱器としての役割を果たし、前記第二熱交換ループ(8)の少なくとも一部を加熱するように構成されたパネル(4)に接続され、
前記パネル(4)は、前記第二熱交換ループ(8)の少なくとも一部を加熱することによって前記第二熱交換ループ(8)が作動するように構成される、流体を加熱するための加熱設備。 - 前記パネル(4)は、給気口(7E)の近くに配置され、空気中の湿気用の水分トラップとしての役割を果す、請求項1に記載の加熱設備。
- 前記パネル(4)は、前記第一熱交換ループ(5)にも接続され、前記第一熱交換ループ(5)を加熱するように構成される、請求項1又は2に記載の加熱設備。
- 前記第一熱交換ループ(5)に接続した蒸発器(3)を更に備え、
前記蒸発器(3)は、前記パネル(4)の少なくとも一部が前記蒸発器(3)と前記給気口(7E)との間に位置するように構成される、請求項2に記載の加熱設備。 - 熱交換器チューブ(12)を更に備え、
前記熱交換器チューブ(12)は、前記被加熱流体が前記チューブ(12)を通じて流れることができるように構成され、
前記熱交換器チューブ(12)は、前記第一熱交換ループ(5)及び前記第二熱交換ループ(8)の少なくても一部を更に収容している、請求項1-4のいずれかに記載の加熱設備。 - 透明な外壁(2)を更に備え、
前記透明な外壁(2)は、空気が流入する隙間(7)が前記透明な外壁(2)と前記パネル(4)との間に形成されるように構成される、請求項1-5のいずれかに記載の加熱設備。 - 前記給気口(7E)は、前記空気が流入する隙間(7)の下端に設置される、請求項6に記載の加熱設備。
- 前記空気が流入する隙間(7)は、前記パネル(4)に対する日光によって加熱された空気量を保持することによって、防氷装置として作用するように更に構成される、請求項7に記載の加熱設備。
- 前記パネル(4)は、日光を受け取り、前記パネル(4)の表面上に形成される任意の氷を溶かすことによって、防氷装置として作用するように更に構成される、請求項1-8のいずれかに記載の加熱設備。
- 前記加熱設備における空気を循環させるファン(10)を更に備える、請求項1-9のいずれかに記載の加熱設備。
- 制御ユニットを更に備える、請求項1-10のいずれかに記載の加熱設備。
- 被加熱流体のためのタンク(15)と、
前記流体の加熱操作を制御するための制御ユニットと、
請求項1-12のいずれかに記載の加熱設備(100)と、を備え、
前記加熱設備(100)は、前記流体を加熱するための前記制御ユニットによって制御されるように構成される、加熱システム。
